We love this RV, we have 2 kids and the bunk space was perfect for them. There is also a lot of storage under the lower bunk. The kitchen has everything you need and big closet when you walk in the door. It also has a 2nd door in the bathroom so you can just come in from the outside and get right in the shower or to use the restroom without going in the rest of the camper. Ours had 2 AC units so keeping the camper cool was never a problem. Lots of space in the master as well. Overall great camper and we never had any issues.

Barely used it as it was in the service department more than we actually had it, chasing a never-ending heating and refrigeration issue. I will never buy a Cougar again, just dumped this three-year-old trailer for a six-year-old fifth wheel.

So very unhappy with this unit! Let's start by listing what was wrong before leaving camping world. The keys wouldn't lock the door, they replaced the lock with a cheap version. Got it home, they shower door is broken and the back won't stay latched. Then we noticed the recliners we not bolted to the floor, well they had been with screws that were too short and that bounced around everywhere. The "techs" at campingworld are so useless there is no point in going back there...their fix for the bathroom door didn't last 10 miles. This is really a shame, I way overpaid for junk. I will be going back to forest river after this at least you know what your getting! Cougar luxury travle trailer, what a joke!!!! No drop-down for my model, it's a cougar 22mls

We bought this rv trailer for the family to enjoy, but this has been the biggest hunk of junk. We purchased this from camping world and when it comes to help with anything they are useless. We have had nothing but problems with the auto leveling jacks and the icommand, this weekend we took it out for the 5th time and again the and again nothing but problems. The power converter went out, the Icommand went out,the auto leveling jacks didn't work and the air conditioning unit kept shutting down and freezing over. Thank goodness we were up where it was cool at night. Thankfully we are Goodsam members and bought the 5 year warranty because everyone at camping world are USELESS!! If there wasn't a fire restriction there i probably would have torched this hunk.

The accommodations in the trailer are adequate for longer duration trips and are great for short one as well..just pull-in or back-in, let the levelers work by pushing a button, hook up the water power and sewer and life is easy. I’ve setup and settled in low as 25 minutes.

This is a great camper. It sleep 7 comfortably, more with younger children. It has ample space for indoor sleeping and preparing food. The water heater does quite well for heating 6 gallons at a time (both, gas and electric). An upgraded bed makes it far more comfortable in the bedroom as well. The hide-a-bed couch is comfortable. One draw back is the lack of built-in storage for clothes, but a properly stage suitcase under the bunks resolves that. All the bugs have been worked out and it operates like a champ, even the AC on a 20amp service.

Purchased this 2021 Keystone cougar half-ton July 29,2020. Our first camping trip was August 22-26th 2020. We soon found out a ton of things was wrong. We noticed as we brought the trailer home the tail light was out, the cabinet would not stay closed, the battery would not stay charged, the fridge would not stay on with propane, the second morning the awning broke snapping back onto the roof causing a hole. found out the metal was defective on awning rollout bar. We called nearest Camping world found we need to take it home until appointment came available in CW Greenville September 3 2020.We took trailer in explaining everything to them. only to be accused of the awning be out during a storm. No it did not rain sunny hot days. long story short seven months have passed we still have no trailer. that's right in the shop. I would call this trailer a piece of crap would not recommend no one purchase a keystone product. I am beyond pissed.. I guess when we do get it back I will have to clean it from top to bottom and have tanks flushed once again. We had camping world winterize it. I am glad we did or we have a bigger mess. I am just feeling this trailer will cause us more headaches time and money. We are not impressed at all by this camper or the manufactures

Purchased new @ Noble RV in Owatonna, MN. Love the layout, esp. with a teenage daughter and the bunk room (not a bunk area w/ curtains). Had several issues that were discovered after multiple trips (6 in 2020, July - October). These include: Blackwater tank flush not functional (known and common issue, apparently, have the dealer verify @ delivery walk-through, my fault I didn't). Antennae issues- discovered when coax didn't work in bunkroom, was informed the "master unit" or whatever it's called, from which all signals are sent throughout the unit, was faulty. Latch on front hatch is not in the best position. It latches, but it takes quite a bit of force on the latch itself to get the hatch door underneath it- and it's plastic ;). Other items were cosmetic in nature. There are also things that we've had on our bumper-pull that this doesn't have- minor but nice: An under-entry stair light, an amber "night light" outside of the entry door, and a small light by the auto-level pad for night arrivals. All-in-all, this is a quality, beautiful, non-behemoth 5th wheel, with a great layout and that tows exceptionally well (Ram 3500 w/ Cummins HO Diesel). Finally, Noble RV has been great in rectifying these issues, and were apparently embarrassed that they should have caught the blackwater flush issue prior to us taking delivery.
