You would think a brand new RV with a 6000$ Solar system would be delivered to the dealership in Operational condition. The Keystone Company is responsible for my systems faulty installation. Now the dealership has to back track their bad work and try to repair it ! Show less

This RV was at the dealership within the first six months. After that it went to the factory then returned to the dealership, this process took 16 months. We have had it out 3 times since then and now the fresh water tank has developed a leak in the bottom. This experience has been the worst that we have had. If your thinking about a camper I would NOT recommend a keystone product. Show less

The manufacturer released this unit without having conducted any quality control measures. Windows and slide leaked for the first several months. Dealer had to seal entire unit and noted seal was nonexistent. The HVAC and A/C systems are integrated into the most ineffective control system (in Command) in what can only be concluded as to prevent consumers from being able to have a bypass system for operating these 2 very important appliances. Issues with Zone temperature readings prevent the operation of heat and air. Worst RV purchase in my life and I’ve had 4. Would never buy Keystone again. Show less

The 5th wheel Cougar half ton is very easy to tow. Hardly know its behind you. Will sleep (4) very comfortably. Only takes about 15 minutes to set up. The queen size bed and full shower are very nice perks. Features indoor and outdoor stereo system. Captain chair recliners are very comfortable and recline almost to the point of being in a bed. Great floor plan with dedicated living room. Large shower and bedroom Tows great with 2500 Cummins, barely even know it’s there. Tracks great in high winds and when passing big rigs. Tons of storage underneath and inside the coach Overall quality is decent for this price range. No major issues just being picky. They could take a little more time with some things to clean up the finished product. I’d buy it again, no regrets. Show less

I would not give a recommendation to buy the Keystone Cougar. Aside from the fact that it must have been built by blind contractors, the materials used are very cheap. We have taken the Cougar in many times for repairs. The drawers under the dining area were not secure. When we drove the Cougar to our campsite, the drawers had jammed into the kitchen causing damage. The shower runners to the door were placed in backwards, causing water to flood the bathroom. The commode pedal broke off causing water to again flood the bathroom. the sink was leaking in the bathroom, the shower wand blew up in my hand. The hot water did not work until we brought it in for repairs and they fixed that problem. The propane bottle door came loose off its hinges. The air conditioner doesn't work well unless its already cold out. The AM part of the radio doesn't work. The outside faucets were leaking. The awning came away from the camper. All in all, if I could get my money back for this horrendous purchase I would ask for it. So apparently buying a new camper was worse than keeping our prior one. Don't buy this camper!!!! Show less

Just brought home this beautiful 29 foot 5th wheel. Have not moved it yet but going over the unit with a fine tooth comb, it's very apparent the whole factory was stoned on the day they made this. The funniest thing was the lock on the battery compartment was upside down so it did not lock. I can't believe there was a quality control guy of any quality working that day. Anyway, I hope its not what I think this is going to be because it is a really well thought out design. More later Show less
