Most disgusting experience we have ever had with what should have been an outstanding Fifth wheel. 90 days in and we have had to replace all 4 tire, the microwave, pocket door, holes in the bedroom floor ( I can see the road) water pump, exit window, and they gave us an 18in spare wheel for a rig that has 15in with the wrong spare tire set up on the bumper, lost the tire 2x when it bottomed out. (ended up buying our own. They brakes were so poorly wired there were multiple ongoing issues. They ship parts and don’t share the tracking info with the dealer. We have a warranty list of 20 additional items some of which are critical mechanical components. Keystone customer service rep is beyond dense but is great at copying pasting scripted responses to questions I never asked. Keystone Arcadia is a piece of junk. Literally you are hauling a piece of junk down the road. Show less
