We bought that RV end of April 2019. What a surprise after our 1 st day in there the floor at some soft spots. We brought it back to dealer and they say they couldn’t repair it we have to send it to KEYSTONE after talking with KEYSTONE they told us they want the trailer to INDIANA to repair it. They will have to undo the whole body of the trailer. We went to empty the trailer and remark a lot of blacmold every where in trailer. We complaint to KEYSTONE and there’s no way they going to take that trailer back and give us a new one. No compensation for being over 3 months without the trailer. And we all know that black mold is health hazard.

Had numerous problems--shelves collapsed due to faulty installation as well as flimsy material; fender skirts cracked and screws backed out due to poor support and installation (Installing third set), several cabinet doors pulled out of press board edging, a/c incredibly loud. Unit has towed well and have had no issues with fiber glass cap. We had a stick built, aluminum sided travel trailer for nine years with extensive travels--wish I still had it.

We are honestly torn about selling our Keystone -- it's perfect in every way for an older couple (that's my wife and I) but doesn't come with the one thing we need: more time to enjoy it! It's easy to tow, roomy enough for tall people (that's us) and great-looking,...read more

As some stated, for a couple and two dogs we have all we need regarding comfort. Pulls rather easily with our Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi. Wiring to thermostat was recalled and a few screws needed refastened. (typical stuff for having a home bounce around down the road) No warranty issues at this point but hopeful the extended warranty we purchased does indeed give us peace of mind. if needed. In closing......we love our Bullet 19fbpr and get many comments from many fellow campers on its unique styling....Where you purchase any RV makes all the difference....(Pete's is Tops)

We LOVE our BulletPremier, just came back from a 5 wk trip and it was awesome. The people we met to the places we went all helped make the trip. Met another RV\'er on the road who informed me of the same issues of the quality of his trailer which were the paint fading on the front cap , back upper top seems separating. He did say they both were resolved the next day by Keystone. (his was 6 mo older then mine) I called today , after two emails and another call not returned, I truly felt he could not wait to let me finish when he said a decision has been made. Because of the time frame it was all out of warranty. These are product issues not warranty, stand behind your products.

Well maybe so depending on size of people, but for wife and I and two small dogs just right. I easily pull it with my 2008 Tacoma TRD v6 as dry wt is 4180 with max of 6500 which is the limit on the truck. Nice layout, many features and looks great. Keystone is honoring the warranty from previous owner for the remainder of time which is 10 months.

Owning a RV one comes to expect minor issues- so what. A brand house has issues as well. True RVers ask others in campground about their brand and how they might have fixed and issue. Unit looks nice and feels good. Enjoying
