do not buy a keystone, they do not honor their warranty i have been dealing with a person in their customer service team for a year, and she keeps delaying the repair and did not pay my repair guy then they tell you your warranty expired i purchased from Fraserway RV, neither they or Keystone honored the warranties, i would not do business with either low quality of a work, the cupboards falling apart, the air-conditioner motor was squealing after one season, the shower floor cracked, the fridge didn't last 2 months Show less

Camper is on appearance very nice . It is setup in a campground seasonally . Setup in May and closed up in October. Purchased it in August 2019 used it for four months and was great .2020 season of course I don't need to explain the whole covid thing well camper was set up for the season and had limited access for the season still didn't notice anything wrong . Season 2021 everything starts out great then in August we had lot of heavy rain noticed that the carpet in the slide out was soaked so we cleaned it up shop vac fans etc. And it dried up end of August raining while I'm there start investigating found it! slow leak in outside corner of the slide out found mold rotting wood under dinette seat it appears to have been leaking for a long time took quite a bit of time to get to someone who would work on it , the dealership I purchased it from was out of business an bought out by camping world took ,5 months till it was evaluated by the dealership , camper has extensive water damage to wood structure under dinette seat in outside front corner of the slide out.Keystone has rejected any responsibility for the damage , they advertise best structural warrenty 3years , I've owned this camper for 21/2 years and it's now trash, I've owned 3 RV's over the last 30 years never had a problem with the first 2 that were purchased used , bought this Aspen trail camper new though I'd have many years of use without any worries needless to say after the evaluation keystone has rejected any responsibility for the damage because I don't have yearly inspection records for the caulking around the seams in the camper ? I'm very unhappy and regret this purchase would never again purchase a new camper . Should have kept my old wildwood , Show less

I wish I could give 0 stars. We traded our 2015 windjammer bunkhouse for this as we are now empty nesters.I was so excited to pick this camper up. Brand new, the slides scratched the roof, the high tech tv antenna couldnt pick up channels, the lights flicker (come to find out, rain was leaking down inside the walls) the water pump randomly sounds like a jack hammer, even when the water is not running (in the middle of the night!) There are nails sticking up out of the floor. The "wine chiller" chills to 53 degrees. And to top it off, mice somehow got in. According to Keystone, this is the first time a mouse has gotten into their brand of camper. Like winning the lottery!I could go on forever. Their customer service is horrible and I suggest if you are camper shopping, pick Forest river. I would give anything to have my old camper back. Show less

Bought the trailer in July 2020. Received in August. Have some heavy rains in September, noticed major amount of water in bedrooms big window and water on the inside of bedroom walls. Contacted dealership dropped the trailer for service to correct the problem. They resealed the roof, but was told it was condensation due to heat transfer and was not their problem and Keystone was not going to do anything to fix the problem and told us to purchase a dehumidifier! After talking further to the dealership we purchased it from told me that we were not the only ones with this issue! Now in process to rid ourselves of this camper!
