I’ll start off by saying, LOVE the floor plan, LOVE the look of it.. That being said, this is probably the worst overall quality I’ve ever experienced. Every cabinet door didn’t close because they weren’t lined up, and had missing screws. EVERY drawer is on wrong and 3 draws were missing brackets on one side. The bathroom faucet was broken and had to get the whole thing replaced. The slide out with the couch and table has 5,000,000 nails on the roof and half assed caulked over. The barn door in the second bedroom fell off during delivery because the screws were stripped out. The master toilet doesn’t hold any water so almost impossible to flush. Saving the best for last, the shower was put on backwards. So the drains were draining on the floor and not in the shower, so it flooded the bathroom and went into the furnace until a guy came to fix it. (Still had to pay for it even with warranty, same with faucet.) I’d run but if you don’t get the warranty and save a little.

The floor plan & overall look/design of this 5th Wheel is amazing. Loved it. The quality, however, is extremely poor. We experienced numerous problems: self-leveling unit went out, fridge stopped working, entire front of closet slide fell off, no grease in the wheel bearings cause damage, steps between levels were not the same heights & screws were not flush in the trim causing me to fall & break two toes. There was no warranty backing from Keystone either. They denied the fridge being replaced, blaming it on the dealer, refused to address the slide issue, said the fall I had was not caused by a manufacturing defect & told us that the wheel bearing problem was maintenance & not covered. The unit was 4 months old! We fought the wheel bearing statement, provided proof & did get reimbursed for that. Do not recommend a Keystone and definitely not Arcadias (there are other owners that have them & experienced worse).

Buyer beware, If you havent signed yet RUN. I should have done my research, The trailer is beautiful to look at but that is it period. We bought the trailer brand new and had it delivered to Our site , Our first stay was met with leaks under the sink and around rear window by the couch , the outside trim was falling off ,window covering broken and there is a large crack in the shower, 6 months later and all the above are still an issue. We have tried to settle this through Our dealer but have no resolve. We decided to contact Arcadia direct , well that proves to be even worse, One run around after another... in Arcadia /Keystones eye We should be happy with a patch job and in regards to all the other issues We were told to just find another dealer ? 60,000.00 and We are basically being told to suck it up accept this. I can not believe that Jeff Runels and the Board at keystone would want consumers to feel this way. Thank you for ruining one of the Biggest purchases of My life Robert Hough

If you're looking to purchase an RV and the sales person wants to show an Arcadia don't walk away. Run away. Ours has been in the shop more that at our home. First trip we took was during cold weather. The furnace didn't work so we had to purchase small electric heaters. The holding tanks are labeled incorrectly. We couldn't use the electrical plugs next to the couch because they were located a foot below the top of the arm rest. Looking behind the couch part that fits along the back wall we could see the ground below the trailer. There was a quarter inch gap between the back wall and the floor. We looked at another Arcadia on the lot and it had the same issue. Be aware of the and check your. The refrigerator stopped working and had to be replaced. The dealership is in the process of changing both AC units because they are defective. The TV didn't work on our first trip. The stops on the steps were not properly installed causing the steps to fall over into the trailer when it was raised to leave the campsite causing damage to the interior wall. The auto level system never worked properly. I could go on but I think I've made my point. We have 2 months left on the warranty then we are either stuck with this junk or get rid of it. We think we will do the get rid idea.
