We have owned Forest River rvs prior to purchasing this Keystone.
To say we are disappointed in the RV would be an understatement. For the 60,000 we paid, the RV is surely one of the poorest qualities we have seen.
In the first month of owning this brand new RV, the dinette seating fell apart. super thin sheets of wood do not hold up under the demands of moving in and out of the U shaped seating. In addition the trim pieces began to come off everywhere. Within a couple of months, walls began to gape at the top and bottom, floors became weak, Moisture builds up on the windows, Ac Unit is poorly placed and does not cool the unit at all. Add to this the failures of the slides operating properly, GCFI plug being replaced twice, awning failing apart 6 months in, and finally electrical issues all within the first year of owning. In addition, there is no cover under the step which is open to the undercarriage. This is an opening for critters to crawl into the RV. We took time to seal as many of the openings as possible since our RV is in a rural setting. There is stripping missing on the master bedroom’s slide thus allowing you to see to the outside from inside of the slide. Washing and drying clothes in the closet only encourages moisture build up in the master and creating mold issues. The master Ac accumulates water and spills onto the bed.
Let me also say the extreme cold package is false advertising. We dont normally freeze in our area, but we did since buying this and we could not keep this thing warm, nor keep our pipes from freezing even with a heated hose.
The way the 2 grey tanks and septic are ran also are an issue in design. The connection is under a slide. If you need to open the valve you need to squeeze between 2 slides and crawl under. The one valve for the kitchen is located there. The second grey valve is located to the far left with the black being in the middle. All connected to the same line. This means if you go to drain your black be careful to not open your grey from the bathroom.
The layout of somethings also do not make sense. You have the breaker box on the floor where is is subject to moisture from cleaning or flooding from the toilet. The steps from the master bedroom to the hallway is short and steep. My husband and myself have fallen coming down them. The plug for the tv is behind a wall and way out of reach. I had to climb on the fireplace and practically crawl in the opening to plug in the TV.
I could go on about all the other issues but I digress.
If I could do it all over again, I would never purchase this brand or model. When you purchase an RV for this amount, you tend to have expectations of quality. I had better quality in my 27,000 Forest River. We only changed RVs as we need a bigger vessel and had like the floor plan of this model when it was shown to us.

Purchased 2022 Keystone Montana High Country 376FL from a local dealer in March of 2022 unit was winterized still. First campint trip over Memorial Day weekend we noticed that there was a propane leakage coming from under the slider. Reported immediately to dealership, scheduled appointment to fix it. Our RV stood there for two weeks without being touched. Picked it up, did temporary fix, called warranty wanted them to mail us same hose that was broken (fridge line), their warranty representative asked for photos of broken hose, sent it. Only a month later received an email from warranty department that in order for them to fix the hose, they need an original back first. We tossed it long time ago, now getting run around and its an August now.
