The floor plan & overall look/design of this 5th Wheel is amazing. Loved it. The quality, however, is extremely poor. We experienced numerous problems: self-leveling unit went out, fridge stopped working, entire front of closet slide fell off, no grease in the wheel bearings cause damage, steps between levels were not the same heights & screws were not flush in the trim causing me to fall & break two toes. There was no warranty backing from Keystone either. They denied the fridge being replaced, blaming it on the dealer, refused to address the slide issue, said the fall I had was not caused by a manufacturing defect & told us that the wheel bearing problem was maintenance & not covered. The unit was 4 months old! We fought the wheel bearing statement, provided proof & did get reimbursed for that. Do not recommend a Keystone and definitely not Arcadias (there are other owners that have them & experienced worse).

If you're looking to purchase an RV and the sales person wants to show an Arcadia don't walk away. Run away. Ours has been in the shop more that at our home. First trip we took was during cold weather. The furnace didn't work so we had to purchase small electric heaters. The holding tanks are labeled incorrectly. We couldn't use the electrical plugs next to the couch because they were located a foot below the top of the arm rest. Looking behind the couch part that fits along the back wall we could see the ground below the trailer. There was a quarter inch gap between the back wall and the floor. We looked at another Arcadia on the lot and it had the same issue. Be aware of the and check your. The refrigerator stopped working and had to be replaced. The dealership is in the process of changing both AC units because they are defective. The TV didn't work on our first trip. The stops on the steps were not properly installed causing the steps to fall over into the trailer when it was raised to leave the campsite causing damage to the interior wall. The auto level system never worked properly. I could go on but I think I've made my point. We have 2 months left on the warranty then we are either stuck with this junk or get rid of it. We think we will do the get rid idea.
