I am writing this review regarding my Keystone Springdale Mini 2024 BH 1800, as I believe these concerns should be brought to the manufacturer’s attention. While I was initially excited about this camper, my experience has been disappointing. Shortly after purchase, we encountered an issue with water leaking inside the unit. We were later informed after seeking a second opinion that the problem was caused by a misrouted valve/tube that should have been directing water outside of the camper but was instead draining inside. This appears to be either an installation or quality control issue, not normal wear and tear. In addition, the table inside the camper has been loose since the time of purchase. When we brought this to the attention of Campers Inn RV, they refused to repair it because we are now outside of the warranty period. However, this defect existed at the time of sale, and due to timing and inexperience as new campers, we were not able to address it sooner. Given these circumstances, I believe both issues the improperly installed valve and the loose table should be corrected at no cost. These are not issues caused by usage, but rather by initial setup and build quality. I would appreciate Keystone reviewing this situation and standing behind the quality of its product by ensuring these defects are properly addressed. Show less

We bought this 42 ft. Fifth wheel brand new at Camper World Riverton Utah. I bought every warranty and extended warranty I could get because I know the quality of most of them. What I didn't realize is that if you need any warranty work it needs to go to the dealer and sit for days or weeks to get a repair and your stuck in a hotel. Even with the DIY program couldn't be any worse for the customer. Our main electrical 50 amp cord shorted out and burned and melted the connection on a Sunday. I went to the hardware store and bought a new plug to get us going. The camper World asked for pictures which I had taken before removal and showed all the damage it caused only to get denied my claim because I didn't bring it in. After calling in a couple of other issues we had and being told it had to come into the dealer I just gave up. We're retired and don't beat our stuff but this rv is no better than the bottom of the line as far as I can tell we spent over $100000. and I couldn't be more disapointed. Our heater is now going out at least the bearings are squeeling. Looking back I would not have bought the best one on the lot (according to my sales snake) and bought something much less and just planned to fix it. I would have saved a ton of money. It pulls good and we like the layout the trim falls off the ceiling after we have towed it for a while so I have been repairing this as we go and it also leaks when we get a solid rain. I wanted to show the wiring under the rig. There is NO pride in the workat all! Show less

do not buy a keystone, they do not honor their warranty i have been dealing with a person in their customer service team for a year, and she keeps delaying the repair and did not pay my repair guy then they tell you your warranty expired i purchased from Fraserway RV, neither they or Keystone honored the warranties, i would not do business with either low quality of a work, the cupboards falling apart, the air-conditioner motor was squealing after one season, the shower floor cracked, the fridge didn't last 2 months Show less

Keystone has horrible customer service and quality is very low. I bought the RV this year and picked it up in August of 2025. The first things I noticed were loose hinges on several cabinets, microwave was not screwed in properly, paneling in the bathroom was not secured properly. I addressed this with the dealer and they fixed it. On the fourth time I used the living room slide out a piece inside of the wall came loose and ripped through the slide out seals and one of the window seals cam out. I called the dealer and they said that I had to take it back to them unless I could find a mobile RV repair company. I found 2 but both said Keystone would not cover the initial service charge because it was a convenience (even though it was an inconvenience for me). I took it to the dealer who's customer service was horrible. They said that it would take keystone up to 72 hrs. to approve the warranty work after it was looked at by the dealer (which was done the next day). After getting the work approved by Keystone I explained to the dealer that it had and was going to cost me money because now I needed the RV the next week and without it I would have to get a hotel. He gave me a number to call the manufacturer and they would possibly reimburse me for my hotel and inconvenience. I called Keystone and spoke with a rep which informed me that hotel costs are not covered and did not even apologize for the issues I was having or my inconvenience. My opinion is that RV's in general are cheaply built but you should not have issues right after you buy it and if you do then they should bend over backwards to make it right and the customer happy. Faulty ac and heating, bathroom is too small to move in, no oven, cooker could be less slanted to give more prep room. The space between queen bed and dinette is wasted could have been storage there.tv is in bad location. Could have a nice skylight in main room. Didn't come with ladder outside. Show less

Bought New 2024 Keystone Passport 268bh in 2024, so far we had a good experience. My biggest challenge is size of the bathroom and shower floor feels low quality. We have gone on 6 trips about 4k miles. Had to adjust a few items, but everything works great. Like our Furion appliances, a/c. No leaks, we been a in heavy rain all works as it should Show less

We love our RV but quality issues have cost us. Month #1 LEAK caused belly of RV to fill with water Recliner had to be replaced due to poor construction Icemaker broken, now water filter broken Weatherstripping coming off slides Awning motor not working Awning cap fell off twice LeD light strip fell off island Kitchen exhaust fan lid cracked Holes in bedroom carpet area Moulding in living area on slides came off Windows difficult to open Ladder to top bent Brakes on RV messed up Leveling battery disconnect switch went out Roof needs caulking These are problems since Day 1 for the last 15 months. Service center has been great but too many trips to get repairs... Show less

I have had this RV for 10 months. I decided to pay the extra $10k for the full body paint and I have been dealing with Keystone for 3 months to get the paint issues resolved. There are large sections of paint that is just peeling off the front cap. There are now 2 "soft ball" size sections of paint that has just peeled off the front cap and several other areas and now Keystone will NOT stand behind their warranty as they are stating they are caused by rock chips. I explained to Keystone that rock chips should not cause the paint to peel off the trailer in large (3"-5") pieces as it appears there was either an issue when they painted the trailer or an issue with the paint. At this point Keystone basically told me it is my fault and won't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE PRODUCT! Holiday World who I bought it from is also no help!! Show less

We have been very pleased with our new Montana. All of our trips so far have been short, 100 to 500 miles or so. We've had three component failures, a Propane/02 detector, a motion light in our stairway and the JBL radio. Keystone and Rick's RV in Ville Platte La. has handled our warranty claims without a visit to the dealership. We couldn't be happier with the support from both. RV manufacturers sometimes get a bad rap. These things are built using hundreds of parts and pieces and everything breaks. And I'll also say that If you're not a handy man at some level, you shouldn't own an RV. When you buy a Montana you can be assured you're buying a quality RV. Show less

Tankless water heater stopped working after one week and being under warranty keystone would not refund the full amount we paid to replace it. We had many issues with our 2024 alpine. I doubt we’ll ever get another one. Very disappointed. Very expensive living. Show less
