One star is two many. We bought our Keystone Cougar 2022 29BHSWE, brand new from Vellner Leisure in Red Deer. After a few years of owning it these are the problems. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE OR FROM Vellner. - Water pump failed, - entire floor lifted, - all seals around all windows failed and leaked, - roof failed and leaked, - Slide stopped working and leaks, - microwave stopped working - doors for pantry and bedroom came off the hinges, - electrical panel came detached from wall and almost caused a fire. First issue is the awning is absolutely trash, arms has broken twice. The cost to replace is 100.00 The size is to big for for the braces to hold it up...a slight rain destroys it, even if its tilted The second issue is the air conditioner, it is by far the worst I've ever experience in a travel trailer. You literally are in an oven with what feels like a fan blowing hot air....it came like this so i know that its a factory issue. Third issue is the faucet had a big hole in the spout and would squirt out when you turned the water on...we fixed this easy. Fourth issue after one year the fireplace has completely stopped working...weve only used it 4 times. Fifth issue is the shower enclosure will not stay together...not a great big deal just aggravating Sixth issue is trim pops off everywhere but is easily fixed. LAST ISSUE... When we brought this straight from the lot the carpet was soaked, turned out there were no sealer on the roof...one complete section had been skipped ....the air conditioner or rain would have our carpet drenched. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THE PASSPORT. IT LOOKS NICE YES... ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC...BUT ITS JUST TROUBLE NOBODY NEEDS...i could understand a few simple issues ..but the awning and the air conditioner are COMPLETELY TRASH. Show less

Great travel trailer and bang for the buck! Love the floorplan and usability of the interior with the slide out king bed and bunks at opposite ends of the camper. Room for adults, kids and pets. Good storage and water capacity for off grid camping too. Convenient hookups for campgrounds, awning for shade and rear slide out can be used to shelter bikes and gear underneath when camping. Easy to maintain and tows great as well. Typical new camper tweaks and adjustments with minor repairs / manufacture warranty issues. Easy to fit into smaller campsites with the rear slide out which means more campground options. Have used this model all over the western half of the country and Canada. Show less

This camper is absolute garbage. It is a 2021 crossfire bullet, bought brand new in 2022 and is already leaking. We had for only 2 years when the first started leaking. We fixed right away. Less then a year later There is another leak in a different location. Warranty was 3 years however we were told it didn't cover leaking. Show less

I bought the trailer used from RVDirect in Titusville,Fl. I feel that I paid top dollar for the year it was. Upon viewing it seemed to be in very good condition and was assured it was. After purchase I began finding many small thing wrong, one being the rubber corner covers sliding down and dry rotted. The kitchen slide had a leak and the bathroom toilet was leaking. These are just a few items. I do know it is used but only 3 years old. It seems at the price of this trailer it shouldn’t be having these problems this soon. Not a fan, should have gone with another vendor and Forest River. Show less

We purchased our Cougar 25RDS brand new (custom order) from a local RV dealer in 2021 and have used it for various trips May - Oct each year. It's ideal for a couple, but we have brought our 6' adult son with us on a few trips. He was able to sleep on the large convertible dining table. The openness of the living area is fantastic. However, the tight bedroom drives me crazy. We had to immediately replace the horrible mattress. The fridge broke 3x. The roof lining bubbled even though we cover it every year and check sealants. These occurred within warranty but not all repairs were covered. Keystone resists paying for warrantied items. There are other minor items breaking that my husband can fix. Show less

We wanted a travel trailer with bunks for our family of 4 and our 2 dogs. It's a great floor plan and space for a family. There's tons of storage. My only real complaint is that the bathroom is a bit tight and there is a corner cabinet that extends over the sink area making it impossible to lean over the sink to wash or brush teeth. We have had this unit for 2 years and have not had any major issues. One piece of pvc under the bathroom sink cracked causing a leak, but was easily replaced and fixed by my husband. Pieces of trim popped off here and there and we're easily reattached. NO major issues so far and we've taken this out dozens of times. We put 3 stars for factory/warranty support because we had to put aomething, but we have no knowledge of it having never used it. Show less

We love this RV, we have 2 kids and the bunk space was perfect for them. There is also a lot of storage under the lower bunk. The kitchen has everything you need and big closet when you walk in the door. It also has a 2nd door in the bathroom so you can just come in from the outside and get right in the shower or to use the restroom without going in the rest of the camper. Ours had 2 AC units so keeping the camper cool was never a problem. Lots of space in the master as well. Overall great camper and we never had any issues. Show less

This camper is a home away from home very comfortable beautiful decor very spicy it's the top of the line camping experience or traveling the country with it it's absolutely easy to pull and has every thing you need we are so glad that we've had this keystone however at we have gotten older and are unable to drive it in haul a travel trailer at this time so we need to sell it we are sad but we hope someone that loves that camper as much as us buys it Show less

DO NOT GO TO GURANTEE FOR AN RV. The RV I got was nothing like the one on display, completely different. The Master Bed is so high I need a step ladder to get onto it. The stereo is broken, i was told I would have to pay to have someone come look at it and fixe it. Why would I have to pay when it was still under warranty. Received a recall notice for a part, my trailer was at a site out of town, found a local guy who could fixe it. He did an amazing job. Now Guarantee is trying to tell me I owe them for coming out to fix my RV. They were never there, they did not fix the part. According to the recall notice there would be no charge to the customer, so why is Guarantee trying to charge me. Go anywhere else but Guarantee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Show less
