We looked at smaller RVs first but felt they would be too cramped for us. My priority was a large kitchen with lots of counter space and lots of storage throughout, which this model delivers! The large panoramic kitchen window allows whoever is working in the kitchen to enjoy the view. I love the skylight in the bathroom and all the light from the windows. The clothes storage is enough for a lady with a large four season wardrobe! In the colder weather is so cozy to sit in the recliners with built in massage or heated seat, in front of the fireplace and watch the big screen TV or listen to the radio. Whether it was below zero or above 100 degrees, we were always comfortable. We always kept the exterior and interior immaculate. Show less

About the only positive in this review regarding the Keystone Cougar product is the towability. We purchased the 2020 Cougar 29RLKWE with the expectation of this being a higher quality travel trailer. Much to our surprise, I was more than disappointed by its quality, livability, and specifically the warranty or lack thereof during Covid. We had ample communication with dealership with all documented and still left to pay the repair bills. Recently we had another issue with the floor, service manager where it was purchased told me they have seen this area fail many times. I spoke with Keystone and the dealership and mentioned what was said, denied, nothing they could do, out of warranty. I am a small business owner and wouldn't dream of telling people that I didn't care, and sorry man you have to deal with a below average product and fix it yourself. All you potential RV people, do yourself a favor, read reviews and learn from their experiences. Buyer beware !!! We are nearing retirement age and have several friends looking to buy an RV, I definitely won't recommend anything by Keystone, Buy yourself a tent, you'd be happier ! Show less

Wouldn’t recommend Keystone to anyone! Quality and workmanship is awful. I have seams splitting, yellowed walls and just general awful care. They didn’t do track right on slide out and it just took hiring outside vendor to figure out why I kept catching. Dealership lied. I also raised some concerns when it was under warranty that they shrugged off and now as they have become bigger issues, I wish I didn’t. Do yourself a favor and run this one isn’t worth it Show less

This travel trailer floor is made cheap, the floor feels like compress card board wrap in plastic once it gets wet you can't repair it, the only way is to take it back to the factory remove body from frame because it is one sheet of these cheap floor boards that is used. My water pump sprung a leak and that mess my corner of the floor instantly. Show less

Prior to owning this trailer we had a 2013 Keystone Hideout 27', which we had ZERO problems with. It was an incredible trailer, which is why I wanted another Keystone when we decided to upgrade. Since owning this trailer, we have had nothing but problems with it. Here is the list of items we have already had to replace on our 2 year old trailer: - Water pump (quit on our first trip) - Furnace (quit on our first trip) - Trailer Jack (quit after our first summer - 10 trips) - Kitchen faucet (started leaking at the start of our 3rd summer) The layout is terrible too. Good luck trying to make the queen size bed, because the basement storage extends so far out you can only reach to head of the bed if you have 8' arms. There is minimal storage inside the trailer as well. The bunkroom is the only redeeming factor of this turd of a trailer. Do not buy one. Look for models made prior to 2019. Show less

Nothing ever worked right in this unit and it looks like it's falling apart from the inside out. Barely used it as it was in the service department more than we actually had it, chasing a never-ending heating and refrigeration issue. I will never buy a Cougar again, just dumped this three-year-old trailer for a six-year-old fifth wheel. Show less

I purchased this 2020 Keystone bullet BHS in July of 2020 I loved the interior decer and the floor plan was impeccable It was large enough and it was fully equipped for my entire family for trit had a heated underbelly which made it possible to take it to any climate it had 2 air conditioning units which was very important a private one in the bunk house area Storage was sufficient and it also had automatic leveling jacks And a 20' awning so when you're in the heat it's very useful I have to say that the dealership that I purchased from in Fort Lauderdale planet RV has been wonderful as well as Keystone the manufacturer every recall was handled professionally and completely whenever I needed it to be repaired in any way if a screw came loose they were there no Problems so if you're gonna purchase an RV make sure you purchase it with a good dealership Would I Recommend this unit to someone yes especially to a family that's large and you wan to go out and camp and do things and see our country and be comfortable My one and only regret It's almost 40' long it's a little longer than what I had hoped for but it tows wonderfully. I wish that I had researched more before I bought my Outback 210URS. Took 5 tries and 8 months to fix the window that leaked right from the dealership. I haven't had it but 3years and 7 months and they "camping world" tells me I need a whole new roof for 7,000 dollars. (7 Months out of warranty and we had used it maybe 5 times. LED lights on awning would flicker and some of them would go out and they never fixed them. I will never buy another Keystone made travel trailer. Show less

This trailer works great and it has everything you need. I couldn't ask for a better trailer and a great price. Really easy to travel with and can fit a family or is perfect to use solo. I recommend to everyone to buy one of these trailers Show less
