Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone.

We can't go like use to, so it's for sale. It has been a good one. Quite a step up from the hybrids we had owned before.
This model offered a lot of value for the price.
It offers a unique floorplan that has met all our expectations.
It has more storage than you can imagine. We all like our stuff and you can find a place for it. Everything is just convenient.
Anyone owning a RV well be way ahead if they are a hands-on person. Be prepared to do things. Stuff happends, but we are blessed with many places to search out the answers.
The industry has not kept up with the demand for service. However they working to give the owners the tools to keep them camping.
We are glad we did it. Enjoy the experience, Kwink

Bought outback 333fe superlite 2017 brand new . From the first day the company delivered it was nothing but one problem after another . The power jacks would not work the stereo went out the tv stand power button for hiding the TV stopped working. The door moldings front and back were not affixed correctly as you could see down to the concrete outside . The fuses kept blowing out and on and on it goes . Now remember we had not even used it yet . The company came and picked it up and retuned it in late August . We sent it to florida and did not use it untill Jan . Started having problems right away electrical. Heating. water , bed fell apart a/c problems . The water heater rod was corroded more than half way thru discovered on 3rd day of use . The slide outs did not work , the rear master bedroom heater was a joke very little heat . The furnace made strange whistling and high pitched tones noises . We had to repair and or fix something everyday . Not much covered by warranty. We were told by the factory and the seller these things were normal wear and our responsibility this was from day 1 of use. The other problems went to numerous to mention . Nothing but a headache so sorry we bought a keystone product sold it lost a ton of money actually glad for the loss and the fact it is gone . I will say when we sold it everything was by that time fixed and working all at our expense of course . P.s. they did fix a/c thru the a/c company not the manufacturer or dealer . Be careful people on the selling end all was rosy and beautiful.

We love the space the hybrid provides with two queen size beds. I also appreciate that our table does not need to double as a bed for us to enjoy the trailer. The couch is quite comfortable according to my son. We have traveled extensively and this is the 3rd trailer we've owned. Bought this new in 2017 and loved it until this year when we discovered a soft spot near the door. When my husband uncovered the floor there is a significant amount of rot and water damage and we do not know where the water is coming from. Have had the roof sealed twice and don't see any other signs of leaking but the floor is a total mess. Called insurance company to see if it is covered. Local dealer said it is not covered under warranty even though we bought the extended warranty. Would not buy this brand again if this is what you get 3 years after purchase.

Loved having the nice bathroom with a door to outside - don't have to trek through camper (with dirty feet) to go to the bathroom. Entertainment system great, indoor and outdoor speakers. Highly recommend
