My wife and I bought this RV new, 7 long, long, long years ago. On our first trip, in the boondocks of NE BC, a slide out cable snapped. Our dining and relaxing areas were now useless. The only good thing, is that a few stout lads were able to help me push it back into the house, so that we could continue our trip. Turns out that the "factory technicians": had misaligned the mounting holes, so the awkward tension on the "brand new cable" was so great that it snapped. We have ornamental trim in the unit. Big heavy, luxurious looking pieces. On the same trip, when we opened the door, one of the pieces had broken loose, and fallen onto the dining table (which we couldn't use, and the recliners, which we couldn't use). So, I laid the piece on those two, and waited to get back home so that I could drill some holes, and use 2.5" wood screws to hold it in place. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, the "staples" that were supposed to hold it in place missed the mark by 50%, and they were only 1/2 inch long anyways. The spare tire rack, under chassis - great idea. Except, the receiving nut was never welded to the carrier, so that when it came to change a tire, my wife had to grovel in the mud holding a wrench on the bolt, so that I could put a socket on said nut. Not cool. Why: well because it's never a sun shiny day, when a fellow gets a flat. Then the electrics went. 2 dealerships couldn't figure it out, my buddy an electrician was stymied, and then I found the GOD OF RV ELECTRICS, and $500 later, it was fixed. Then, the other slide in the living area went askew. Tore up a frame stud, tore up the sliding plate under the slide, so to make a long story short $6500 later, I got it back. The dealership is fantastic. The product? I rue the day that I bought it. One final thought, I only illustrated the highlights. There were many more. Stay away from Montana. Show less

This MONTANA IS THE BIGGEST POS EVER! IF YOU WANT TO GET OUT OF RVING, JUST BUY ANY THOR PRODUCT. WEVE HAD THE AXLES BREAK, THE BIG SLIDE FIXED 4 TIMES. THE BEDROOM SLIDE FIXED TWICE!. FAN ON CEILING FALLING DOWN, MOLDONG ON THE EXTERIOR FALLING APART WITHIN 6 MONTHS, SHOWER DOOR HANDLES FALLING OFF. CARPET IS WORN OUT, ITS PURE JUNK! THERE IS NO SUPPORT FROM KEYSTONE! NONE!. ARROGANT JERKS. THORS BUSINESS US STEALING CUSTONERS MONEY AND RIPPING THEM OFF! DONT BUY ANYTHING UNDER THE THOR UMBRELLA.. CRAP, JUNK, TRASH! Show less

Very nice. Comfortable. Sharp. Roomy. Nice extras. Pulls nice. No noticeable sway. Good storage. Like living at home except out in the woods. Cools nice. Large RV gas electric refridg handy. Storage space far better than I find in others Show less

Very poor quality ,Have had a lot of issues with the side out , very cheap tires had to replace the tire after 3 trip, the furniture is vey cheap the fake leather started to to peal in the first year the bathroom door has never worked right Show less

This coach has met or exceeded our expectations. The layout works well for us and we find it very comfortable. As long as you pay attention to the regular maintenance and follow those requirements it will serve you well. Show less

This 5th wheel has a very livable floorplan with a ton of storage. Ideal for extended stay or shorter trips. The living area is so generous that workouts can be done indoors. The refrigerator is NOT on a slide out, but is located such that one can access it when traveling without opening a slide out. Also, has a desk for a laptop or to plan your travels. King bed is awesome. Show less

I love my 3611rl Montana. We had some issue but no different from any other fifth wheel on the market. No major problems, many compliments on the floor plan. Yes we had all our tank valves replaced. S Show less

We have enjoyed this RV for 18 months. Very nice and comfortable. We don’t tow it it is parked on a permanent lot. Thought it was pricey but also believed it was high quality. We previously had a used one & loved it. Figured this one would well out last us! However, the veneer is peeling off the bathroom door and a trim strip has fallen off the living room slide out! Simply poor glueing and finishing nails not long enough. Of course 18 months into it it’s out of warranty! No help from keystone either. I would have thought a $72,000 RV certainly should not have had these issue’s already. Show less

this is another legacy package. We've had the rear axle bolts break, slide out constantly needs work, eats tires , mounding dall off, toilet not holding water, refer quit working, black water tank splitting leaving a hazard at the rv park, shower door handles falling off, hole in cap, waterheater not working on electricity, ceiling fan fell down, kitchen light fell down, ... Keystone said basically,kiss our butts, we got your money too bad you got a lemon.. Never buy any under the THOR BRAND..KEYSTONE, JAYCO,AIRSTREAM, KZ ETC.. BIGGEST HEARTACHE IN OUR LIVES.. Show less

The Keystone Montana is a well-built, quality rv. I have lived in it full-time for 3 1/2 years, traveling all over the country. It is roomy and has lots of storage space. The bunkhouse provided the space needed for a second bedroom when the couch was made into a bed. That, along with the 1/2 bath, gave us the room we needed and made the floor plan an excellent choice for us. Keystone was very supportive, and responded in a helpful manner whenever we had a problem. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Keystone Montana experience and would recommend it to anyone. Show less
