Roof buckled and was denied by the structural warranty. Roof buckled and was denied by the structural warranty. Keystone stated a bunch of reason they wont cover it, after responding to each reason with a detailed response supporting my claim they responded with they are not discussing the matter any further. The Keystone Retreat group on Facebook is full of unhappy customers. Some which can't get things covered within the 1 year warranty. It sounds like Keystone rather go to court than fix anything.
