We have traveled in our 37fs for 2 years full time over 27 states. We have experienced all types of weather & have had no problems. We did have a recall issue that was taken care of quickly & one issue that was covered under warranty which was also taken care of quickly. We flat towed our 2007 Honda CRV that whole time & never ran into issues either. The heating system in it kept us very warm when needed & the cooling system kept us very cool even in high temperatures. Having a washer & dryer in the RV has been a blessing. Overall we are very satisfied with our Jayco 37fs & highly recommend it.

Nothing but a disappointment. The trouble started on the first trip over 3 years ago, and has not stopped yet. We have had problems with slide rooms not opening or closing since day one, and have not been resolved. The hot water heater fell out driving down the road. Cabinets have fallen off the walls. Several electrical issues have presented themselves. The Leveling system has started having issues since a recall was performed last month. We have taken our RV back to Jayco's factory three times, and all three times it has come back unrepaired, with more problems than it originally left with. We have had multiple roof leaks, mostly from things that come loose from the factory using self tapping fasteners. The fresh water system continues to have new leaks where the fittings come loose. Jayco's craftsmanship is the absolute worst I have ever seen. We have never made a successful trip, where the camper did not need to return to a repair facility after being used. Don't walk away from a Jayco, RUN AWAY.

I love our Jayco, so easy for me to drive. I was 54 (and a women) when we bought it and I have drove thru Chicago, Seattle, Phoenix etc. without a problem. Very easy to see out to your mirrors so you know what is going on around you. It has lots of storage space inside and out. Works well with plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone, we are a family of 5. I had a washer/dryer installed, the best thing I have done. No more dealing with hot and muggy laundry rooms. We have drove from Washington State to New York State with our Seneca at least 5 times, also Washington to Arizona and to Montana also. It has been a great experience and a lot of fun. Hope to keep on enjoying our Seneca. My only downside I have is going to truck stops to fill up with diesel. We have to fill from both sides like the truckers. Haven’t had a problem with it, just feel intimidated a bit with those big 18 wheelers. We tow our Buick Enclave with us also, with no problem. Very easy to hook up and unhook water, power & sewer at the campgrounds. I can do it myself and to put up the auto levelers is very easy!

I found this to be a great RV for traveling. It is surprisingly easy to drive and has been utterly dependable. It has plenty of power for our Pennsylvania/Florida round trips. I gave the Manufacturer Warranty/Support four stars instead of five simply because I have not used warranty support. The few times I contacted Jayco with questions, I found them to be responsive and helpful. Due to unforeseen medical issues we have changed our traveling plans, and are seeking a new owner for this fine RV.

The Jayco Seneca FS37 is the perfect family RV with plenty of beds for the whole family. We enjoy the fact that each family member has their own space. Built on a Frieghtliner Chassis, with a Cummins engine and Allison transmission this unit is dependable and fuel efficient while allowing you to tow up to 10,000 Lbs. I have always wanted a diesel pusher, but could never find the perfect floor plan for our families needs. The Seneca FS37 is the best of both worlds as it has a strong diesel power plant while providing the sleeping capacity of a C class. I also enjoy the fact that truck drivers tend to be more friendly and helpful on and off the road as they like the fact that our rv is sitting on a truck chassis. I like the respect they show me. Jayco staff have been very helpful when calling them in order to get support when an issue arises. I would encourage you to take a close look at the Jayco Seneca if you are in the market for an RV.

Little things fall apart, trim pieces, slides work off and on, jacks won't come down unless you wiggle the switch!! Very disappointed! Extended warranty was cancelled because dealer didn't fill our transfer papers. Etc!! But it is eye catching and beautiful to look at in the driveway!!
