This has been an excellent RV / travel trailer for what we needed. As first-timers wanting to live and work full-time from the unit, it was fine.
* We did not travel / move regularly. We moved out from our home and towed (and parked) this 3 hours away for a few months (in WA State), and then moved one more time to SoCA (and parked). No challenges whatsoever with the towing, even in high winds.
* 2 adults, no kids - we enjoyed as much of the outdoors as we could (especially dining and entertaining).
* After trying the dining table as a full-time office, it wasn't efficient and looked untidy. Replacing the dinette (since it is only us and we dine outside a lot), was the best thing ever. The L-shape desk looks great, is sturdy (for an RV) and has ample storage. The raised monitor shelf adds more main desk surface space.
* Since we never used the hideabed and it looked sloppy, we replaced it with a 3-pc modular sofa (adjustable back, 1 ottoman [an extra pc] and a ton of extra storage). It's very comfortable.
** The desk and sofa are a perfect fit and look like they came with the RV.
* The closets (pantries) are very dark and deep, and hard to reach things in the back (you'll need a 1-step step stool). Added dimmable touch lights and used soft, durable, matching fabric baskets to keep everything organized (baskets will be included).
* Between the RV-size kitchen and outdoor fridges (and indoor freezer), we had enough space. We also used a Yeti cooler for the summer to keep beverages on ice instead of taking valuable "real estate" (fridges).
* AC (elec) and heater (propane, 2 tanks) work great - no challenges. The AC is loud, but it cools things down quickly.
* The Queen bed is a true Queen (not RV size) and takes QN sheets. It is surprisingly comfortable. Hard to change the sheets but easy enough to make the bed.
Could we continue to live in this full-time? Yes, absolutely. But we would likely upgrade to a 5th wheel with more space if we didn't have to make our unexpected lifestyle change.

We just purchased this Jayco Redhawk class C. The interior was beautiful and it was making checkmarks for everything we wanted. The onboard generator was a great plus. Our sales person, Jake Wittlow, was very knowledgeable about our needs. Also a very personable gentleman with a happy demeanor. The finance, gentleman, Eric, very friendly and professional. We would recommend Kunes RV in elk Horn Wisconsin to anybody asking. Thank you for a great new RV for us.

4.Screws holding the drip edge on were drywall screws, no caulking or sealant coving them so water will get in...
I was at the Tampa RV Show and spoke with the Eastern Reginal Sales Manager Martin Seneca sent him pictures and when he found out I was a second owner there was no more contact other than to tell me the warranty isn't transferable...

We have loved owning this RV. From road trips to tailgates and sports events, it has been such a pleasure owning this! Traveling with our 3 kids and 2 dogs it has been roomy and comfortable. We would love for another family to own and love this RV so they can make memories and enjoy life with their kids. We have RV'd with our extended family as well. We drove from Mass to Hilton Head, as well as to Cape Cod, Maine, and Vermont. We visited National Parks like Acadia and we did beach trips. We have loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation and wish we could keep it. Unfortunately because 2 of our kids are heading to college it is not something we can make use of right now but we definitely intend to own another RV in the future. Whether you are a seasoned camper or newer to RVing like we were, we know you will have fun with it. The kids love being able to sleep and relax while we travel.

The Jayco Precept 29V is not huge, and I probably wouldn't want to live in one full time. However, at 32 feet it is comfortable for several weeks at a time and it's easy to maneuver into nearly any park or campground and many boondocking locations. The single slide minimizes potential mechanical difficulties of having multiple slides. The galley is modest but contains every convenience of your home kitchen. One of my favorite floorplan features is the dinette placement on the patio side. Who wants to eat meals looking at the utilities or your neighbor's patio!? And there are many other features we like, such as a full shower that accommodates my 6'2" frame with no problem, king-sized bedroom, another bed (queen) that is tucked up against the ceiling of the cab until you use the power feature to lower it for use. And don't forget the large tanks for fresh and waste water, propane, and a large onboard generator making it easy to go several days without hookups. Oh, and did I mention the Ford V10 has plenty of power to flat tow a full-sized SUV? There are just too many cleverly engineered features of this RV to list individually.

Kitchen has two large panties, a very nice bar area and a nice appliance area with storage below.
The fireplace is wonderful for ambiance or heat. There are two sofas and two stadium seats for plenty of seating. The stadium seats have heat and massage. The living room also has two curio cabinets, and stereo system.
Two large awnings outside.
The bedroom has plenty of storage.

Great floor plan. Hitch is not user friendly. Craftsmanship and quality is sorry. The A/C system is not sufficient in the south. The stairs going into the trailer is a great idea and sorry quality. The pull down beds on each end is a great idea but again poor quality and framing materials. The tent material is good quality but poor craftsmanship. Same with windows, the water heater, and most everything on the RV including the frame. Great design POOR QUALITY.
