I bought my Eagle HT last summer and have been extremely happy with it. The layout is fantastic if you are traveling alone or with others in a group because the U-shaped seating can comfortably fit all six of us which is different than a lot of 4-person booths. I have 2 inflatable paddle boards that I don’t have to deflate because the pass through storage is very large. In addition to the large pass through storage, there are multiple storage areas under the dining area and the pantry. The tank light indicators are right near the front door so it’s very easy to keep an eye on your tank levels. The bathroom is soooooo nice. The shower is substantially wider than other 5th wheels or motorhome which is great if you don’t want to feel claustrophobic. The flash hot water heater was decadent after hiking in Yosemite all day. I have travelled in the brutal heat of summer as well as the high desert cold of this past winter and the climate control is wonderful. The entire rig cools off and heats up so fast. I haven’t used the entertainment functions as much as I thought I would but it’s nice to know I can watch movies or listen to music if I wanted to do so in comfortable recliners. I DID have an issue with the oven lighter and there was some leftover insulation in my pipes that had to be taken care of at the dealership, but it was fixed pretty fast. The leveling system remembered where it was when you unhitch so that it’s really easy to just hit the button to bring it back where it was when it’s time to leave. So far I haven’t had any issues with the hitching itself, but I did have to learn how tension can make it difficult to pull the handle to unhitch, but I’m also a 52 year old woman who travels solo so perhaps strength is an issue? I have been able to figure it out. Overall I am really happy with it.

We flew down to Mesa and bought our Brand New 2024 Jayco Precept 31UL , it started out they would have a technician go over everything with us , well it was a parts personal ( Was on a Saturday ) ? So it got down to I ask a question the response was that's a good question !!! So we we were on a planned time to hit the road off we go that's when the fun started !! Steering was was off ( thought it needed frt end align. but after back and forth with jayco and Ford they agreed to let me take to a local frt end shop and they said alig. was on but they took apart column from steering box and moved one tooth !) NO ford dealer said they could accommodate this size m/h ? WA. or OR. ?? 1ST night at Hotel we came out to water all over the floor That Big fancy Fridge is house unit no propane , ugh ! then driving when you hit a hill when downshift the engine fan is so Loud like a Jet engine you need earplugs !!! we hit rain so the windows started fogging up had the defrost full blast wouldn't clear , wife had to grab a towel and wipe !!! Buyers remorse never noticed the bedroom windows DO NOT OPEN and NO ROOF VENTS only way for air is air conditioner? Wish I didn't up front I would have taken the Hit and let it go Back !!!! DO NOT BUY !!!! Theirs other things but limit space here ! ( drawers, toilet seat. mangle hinges, tail pipe( NO Bracket??) cannot hear radio going down the road and MORE !!! And the Dealer - World Wide RV in Mesa had paper -marking most the problems but never addressed them we found out later !!! Let us leave the lot ( Steering - drawers flying out , etc ???

A great awd off pavement RV as long as you never leave your driveway. This is the 4th RV I have owned and I really want to love it, but I don't. It is the first year for this model so it is not surprising to have issues. There are so many design flaws and components that just don't allow this unit to be driven off pavement or for boondocking. Ford did their part, Jayco did not. No ceiling vent, water tank siphons water almost immediately after filling, no Jayco manual ( and they have no intention of creating one ), window bug screens don't fit snuggly in their frames so insects of all sizes easily again access to the interior, drawer latches are in the wrong position so drawers continuely slide open, floor is buckling as the glue they used doesn't appear to hold the floor down, cupboards arrived without the struts, the wet bath is a terrible design and bathroom floor is not solid, dining area sitting is extremely uncomfortable, dining table is permanently fixed to the floor and is awkward to sit at., has a useless skylight where a vent fan should be, the bedroom closet doors swing the wrong direction which makes using them extremely difficult. The Granite Ridge handles really well in all driving conditions. The power train, suspension and all the chassis customizing is phenomenal. I like all the storage, I deleted the outdoor kitchen option and removed the propane tank. The gear garage is huge and easily accessible. Beds are comfy, lots of light and good air circulation in the bedroom. The bedroom is not designed for tall or overweight individuals. In fact the coach would not suit large people at all. The solar panel, battery, inverter and generator supply lots of power. We have had no energy issues yet. The portable stovetop and microwave/convection oven do their job efficiently and don't suck much power. Good lighting, heating and air conditioning. TV works well with good imaging. The outdoor awning is great and the wind sensor on it works well. We just did a 6000 mile journey with it through Oregon and Utah and gave it a good testing. We are now dealing with all the warranty issues and will write another review later. We want to Love it.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Went with Jayco due to 2/3yr warranty and now wondering if we chose right brand. This was our first time ever owning any mobile type RV home. We were so excited to pick it up, as it was so beautiful… but soon as we drove it off the lot this May 3rd , not only was the main entry door flying open on the highway (even tho we kept locking it), but that same evening around 10pm, the electric and AC shut off. Called RV VIP to help us run a check but they couldn’t locate the issue. Thank God we had put a generator on it as it was insanely HOT in Florida. Next morning RV VIP sent a technician and after 2 hours and $300 later, he thought he had located the issue. That same night, after he left, electric and AC went off again. Next morning we drove it right back to the dealer with both issues as well as a cracked bedroom cabinet door, and cracked microwave glass plate, and bathroom door had fallen off hinges!!! We had it less than 48 hours and everything was falling apart. The entry door (that kept flying open) also had lots of light coming in around rim, appearing as tho it was improperly sealed. Dealer informed us within a week or so the electric/AC issue was located and fixed. Yet, here we are now June 6, OVER A MONTH LATER, and warranty has been battling replacing the entry door, and all the other simple issues. Also battling paying us back the $300 for technician RV VIP had to send out. Why did Jayco offer 1 year free RV VIP if they won’t cover or help cover the service costs??? We are supposed to leave on a cross country MOVE and use our RV for the trip in 8 days
