Queen size bed and a convertible dinette, sleeps a total of 4 people. Outdoor kitchen makes it convenient for getting a beverage outdoors without having to go inside, also offers additional storage space. Power awning provides nice shaded area.

We received our RV new in June 2020. Shortly, after the slide out on curbside leaked. Our dealer repaired it; however, the leaking has continued on that slide out and also on the slide on the opposing side. The dealers repair technicians and an independent technician it is caused by a Jayco design flaw and because they have cut back on the material to make the slide waterproof to save money. We have contacted Jayco and they refuse to help us fix this issue. I cannot recommend the purchase of Jayco products.

This has been an excellent RV / travel trailer for what we needed. As first-timers wanting to live and work full-time from the unit, it was fine. * We did not travel / move regularly. We moved out from our home and towed (and parked) this 3 hours away for a few months (in WA State), and then moved one more time to SoCA (and parked). No challenges whatsoever with the towing, even in high winds. * 2 adults, no kids - we enjoyed as much of the outdoors as we could (especially dining and entertaining). * After trying the dining table as a full-time office, it wasn't efficient and looked untidy. Replacing the dinette (since it is only us and we dine outside a lot), was the best thing ever. The L-shape desk looks great, is sturdy (for an RV) and has ample storage. The raised monitor shelf adds more main desk surface space. * Since we never used the hideabed and it looked sloppy, we replaced it with a 3-pc modular sofa (adjustable back, 1 ottoman [an extra pc] and a ton of extra storage). It's very comfortable. ** The desk and sofa are a perfect fit and look like they came with the RV. * The closets (pantries) are very dark and deep, and hard to reach things in the back (you'll need a 1-step step stool). Added dimmable touch lights and used soft, durable, matching fabric baskets to keep everything organized (baskets will be included). * Between the RV-size kitchen and outdoor fridges (and indoor freezer), we had enough space. We also used a Yeti cooler for the summer to keep beverages on ice instead of taking valuable "real estate" (fridges). * AC (elec) and heater (propane, 2 tanks) work great - no challenges. The AC is loud, but it cools things down quickly. * The Queen bed is a true Queen (not RV size) and takes QN sheets. It is surprisingly comfortable. Hard to change the sheets but easy enough to make the bed. Could we continue to live in this full-time? Yes, absolutely. But we would likely upgrade to a 5th wheel with more space if we didn't have to make our unexpected lifestyle change.

After purchasing a 2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor, we decided to upgrade and downsize to the Jayco Jayfeather 19MRK, which is odd because the Jayco cost about the same as the Grand Design. The GD was built during the middle of the Covid pandemic, so it’s clearly a Covid Coach and it shows. The Jayfeather was purchased November 2024 and we’ve taken a few trips and have had (knock on wood) NO issues with it. It’s a small trailer with a Murphy bed but perfect for weekend/short trips, even with one large and one small dog. I upgraded the suspension with the Morryde 3000 CRE with greasable shackles and it makes a nice improvement towing with my 2024 Ford F150 Powerboost. The floor plan is smaller when the bed is down but once it’s up, there’s seating for 2-3 more people and we’ve had up to 8 people in it with no issues. An all around decent weekender once you upgrade the mattress (make sure to get a hinged bed). Factory Warranty/Support receives a five star rating only because it’s 2 years. I think ALL manufacturers should offer 2 years.

We owned both Type A and Type C motor homes prior to owning the JAYCO Jayfeather 25RB travel trailer, and we can say that our experience with the Jayfeather was much better by far. For us the affordability and the cost / benefit comparison favored the travel trailer by far; and this cost effectiveness, extends to maintenance and insurance costs, making it the more budget-friendly option for us. We feel the Jayfeather floorplan was much more practical and comfortable than we had with our prior motor homes. The kitchen configuration and the bench-style seating in the dining area was both efficient for meal preparation and dining. We also like the versatility of being able to unhitch the trailer and travel around town without being concerned about access and parking, making shopping and sightseeing more convenient.
