It's been a great travel trailer for two. pulls nicely with a 1500 truck. Loads of great storag. Jayco has been good with some warranty items and not so good on others, especially the roof. I bought a Jayco with the notion of the best roof warranty in the business so you would think it's well connected. There is many areas where the TPO roof is not glues down, much debris and staples in the verge of poking through. Jayco would not honor the poor workmanship. Thay say it's will only be warranty if deffecive. Well that means a leak, but the warranty does not honor water leaks. So they will do a new roof but your on the hook to have all the water damage repaired from the faulty roof.... Head scratcher.

The refrigerator and the table leg support broke on the 20-mile drive home. It took 7 months and numerous phone calls to both the dealer and Jayco to get it fixed, causing me to lose the entire 1st camping year. The next spring, I towed the trailer 15 miles to a weigh station, and the dining table seats began to disassemble itself (many screws fell out). The quality control at Jayco and the dealer is awful, and the service is worse. I would suggest that a person should not buy an RV unless you can afford to lose the total investment.

The living space is comfortable, albeit, a bit tight around the kitchen/dinette, which is to be expected with no slide outs. Overall this trailer deserves 5 stars for the Floorplan. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and everyone was able to find their own comfortable spots in this trailer. If you're looking to get into travel trailers and don't want to break the bank, this is the one to go with.

bought it new from the showroom. We consistently have issues with this trailer, from the solar panels not working, the awning busted, the table leg gouging my husband's leg open off, screws everywhere, and not the recall Jayco's fix was to place a board between the stove and furnace. the latest incident could have killed us. the stove (domenic) 2 burner blew up on my husband singing his entire arm. it is yet again back in the shop. we lost so many booked vacations due to these issues. and this one could have cost us our lives. one mechanic said we were lucky the whole trailer didn't blow, no one seems to care and now fighting with the repair shop because " we didn't buy it there". how many times do we have to experience this or possibly die due to the negligence in the build of this trailer.

This was our 1st rv that we bought and we both looking forward to the camping life. It turned out to be a 15 month nightmare. This rv had issues when we picked it up that had to be fixed before we left and 6 months later we took it back to get a page and half of build issues fixed plus 2 major issues. The first being 2 plumbing leaks that ruined the cabinets. One was under the sink where the drain was never tightened and the other was the outdoor shower that the factory had left a washer out of and it sprayed water everywhere behind the cabinets. The 2nd was an electrical issue. It had a direct short somewhere in the camper and would drain the battery in a day, lights would flicker and things wouldn't work correctly. The 1st dealership where I bought it said they fixed everything. Not true! Neither of those got fixed. I took it to 2nd dealership and they spent 2 months trying to fix the electrical issue with little support from the factory. They said they finally got it fixed. It seemed to be but this year the issue returned again. Jayco really needs to buy this camper back because of the fire risk with it having the electrical issue. I hope nobody's in when it does go up. The last time I moved the slide out it, you could hear a popping noise like arching somewhere inside the camper. I have literally had to work on everytime we went camping because something would tear up. I have more hours working on it then sleeping in it. My wife and I both have had enough and traded it in today. I lost around $12k in 15 months. Jayco totally shafted me out my money. I would not recommend any Jayco camper to anybody.
