3rd Jayco we've owned. I did a lot of research and weighed pros and cons on floor plans before buying the 2019 Jayco 23RBM. Absolutely love this floor plan and layout. Murphy bed is simple to put down and away. We did get a cheap topper for the mattress, which made a huge difference. The most floor and counter space I've seen in a small RV. Lots of storage. We are glad we bought our Jay Feather. It is an excellent value - decent quality and modest pricing. We have had only very minor fixes and adjustments. As of now, we would buy another Jayco trailer. We love the Murphy bed, open floor plan, counter space, and large bathroom. Our only long term concern is the foam laminated floor - hoping that it will last. The rest of the unit is about as solid as an ultralight can be. We recommend the Jay Feather! Show less
