Bought the unit used in 2023. After removing the battery to charge it, I found the battery box not attached permanently to the frame. Called Jayco about this situation. Said we don't install batteries, but all units require a battery. I believe this could be a definite safety issue not to mention an operating issue. How long does it take to install a permanent battery platform?

It provides for a full size shower, a bathroom door on the flush side of the trailer, an outside kitchen, ample sleeping area, a kitchen island that allows for additional help in preparing food, a full length awning, plenty of storage, and more. I couldn't be more happy with this trailer. If we always needed sleeping quarters for more than just my wife and I, we would own this forever.

We previously has a 34' Fifth Wheel that we loved but our truck struggled to get up some of the hills in CA so we bought a rig that was not so big. Now hills are no problem. We love our White Hawk. It feels almost as roomy inside as our fifth wheel was. Air conditioning is very important to us and this A/C is very capable of keeping us cool even this summer. They power jack and the power stabilizers and the power awning make set up a breeze. The refrigerator is larger than we had in the fifth wheel and does a better job of cooling. We hate to let this rig go, but wife cannot climb in and out.
