This has been an excellent RV / travel trailer for what we needed. As first-timers wanting to live and work full-time from the unit, it was fine.
* We did not travel / move regularly. We moved out from our home and towed (and parked) this 3 hours away for a few months (in WA State), and then moved one more time to SoCA (and parked). No challenges whatsoever with the towing, even in high winds.
* 2 adults, no kids - we enjoyed as much of the outdoors as we could (especially dining and entertaining).
* After trying the dining table as a full-time office, it wasn't efficient and looked untidy. Replacing the dinette (since it is only us and we dine outside a lot), was the best thing ever. The L-shape desk looks great, is sturdy (for an RV) and has ample storage. The raised monitor shelf adds more main desk surface space.
* Since we never used the hideabed and it looked sloppy, we replaced it with a 3-pc modular sofa (adjustable back, 1 ottoman [an extra pc] and a ton of extra storage). It's very comfortable.
** The desk and sofa are a perfect fit and look like they came with the RV.
* The closets (pantries) are very dark and deep, and hard to reach things in the back (you'll need a 1-step step stool). Added dimmable touch lights and used soft, durable, matching fabric baskets to keep everything organized (baskets will be included).
* Between the RV-size kitchen and outdoor fridges (and indoor freezer), we had enough space. We also used a Yeti cooler for the summer to keep beverages on ice instead of taking valuable "real estate" (fridges).
* AC (elec) and heater (propane, 2 tanks) work great - no challenges. The AC is loud, but it cools things down quickly.
* The Queen bed is a true Queen (not RV size) and takes QN sheets. It is surprisingly comfortable. Hard to change the sheets but easy enough to make the bed.
Could we continue to live in this full-time? Yes, absolutely. But we would likely upgrade to a 5th wheel with more space if we didn't have to make our unexpected lifestyle change.

The core construction of this trailer seems to be strong and well done. The finish workmanship is abysmal. We couldn't even bring our trailer home after signing papers because the hitch was so poorly constructed or damaged, the dealer had to cut it off and weld on a new hitch. Door handles, refrigerator, doors, etc are installed crooked, the shower isn't sealed so it will leak and create damage, trim is miscut, magnents don't match up with outside storage doors to keep them open, bathroom door track is installed crooked so it hits and scrapes as it is opened and closed. The handle of the gray water dump was broken. The clock was hung crooked and doesn't even work. Dealership was not easy to work with to get these repairs recognized or to get them to work with Jayco to fix. We spent as much as a new vehicle for this trailer and for Jayco to release their trailers out for customers with these kinds of issues is disturbing. I would attach photos but this review won't allow it.

I paid 46,000 (including my trade in of a 2020 Jayco Jay Flight) about a month ago (Dec 2021) for this 2022 Jayco White Hawk. Before my first night and before anyone had ventured inside the RV, the table had collapsed onto the floor exposing the 4-one inch screws that tried to hold it into the particleboard. (I'm having to pay for a new table) The first night while taking a shower, the trim on the shower door broke and fell to the floor. Part of the refrigerator had to be put back together. And now that I have been in it for a month, I find that the plumbing to the kitchen sink leaks. Yes, all under the cabinet. This is a 2022. I had called the dealership that I bought it from and they connected me with someone at Jayco. The guy at the dealership told the Jayco employee that I live in the RV and cannot take the RV anywhere and need a mobile service company. The Jayco employee called me and said that he had my appointment set up with a company in another town and I had to take it there. I said "where am I going to stay?" He had no answer. I also told him that I knew of a mobile RV company. However, he did not agree with this. I'm very disappointed with Jayco and will spread the word with my family and friends. I am a travel nurse and many of my friends are travel nurses looking to travel with an RV. Don't waste your money on a Jayco. The bells and whistles are not as nice as you may think.

GOOD STUFF: This RV has a quality build and the best warranty we could find. It's great for towing with the spilt axels. At first it seems like there is very little storage in the kitchen but with a pantry on each side of the bathroom door, there is enough room. We are full time RVers and are starting out with this 27RB. We chose the free-standing table and chairs to give us more room, the modern farmhouse interior which gives it a nice bright, roomy feeling, and the fireplace takes the chill out in the morning rather than using propane. Overall we're pretty satisfied so far.
NOT SO GOOD STUFF: DEFINITELY don't plan on using the mattress that comes with the White Hawks! I had to do a lot of research to find out about it but I got to the bottom of it. It's made by Indratech who claim that their "fibre" is better than foam for all kinds of reasons. It's made out of recycled polyester bottles! While it may be "green," it's like sleeping on bricks!! The ground would have been more comfortable. Within the first week, we ordered an Inofia from Amazon which solved the sleeping problem. The layout of this camper could be improved. So much window space in the bedroom is redundant and the blinds, even though they are dark brown or black, don't provide any real privacy. Not like the Rockwood day/night shades. The warp and weave of the shades is much too open. A better layout would be to have the seating area at the front of the unit, not have a superslide at all, just a slide for the dinette, and put the bedroom at the rear of the unit as another slide out. If you get one of these units and get the fold out sofa in case you have company, you will find that when you fold out the couch, you block your way to the bathroom so beware if you get up in the night! We got the theatre seating instead. Can't have guests but this is really a couples' coach anyway. Only other thing we've noticed so far is that the plywood for the bed could have been finished off better. We vacuumed plywood chips for a few days after we got the camper. Still, it's better than most and this is our fifth home away from home.

We have a laundry list of things that are broken, fell apart and just idiotic craftmanship.
Just to list a few....
Furnace doesn't work, sink leaks water everywhere, jack quit working, stainless is rusting and holes everywhere in the woodwork...ETC.
But worst of all the wiring is messed up. Can't run ONE thing without turning off or unplugging everything else.
The electrical board looks like its been reworked and two termals weren't even soldered in. They just fall out.
This is our home while working in remote location. This sucks!
Definitely a LEMON!!!
Not looking forward to sitting in repair lot for weeks on end.
