This floor plan for a small trailer is spacious. The trailer is easy to tow and fun to camp in. I've traveled over 20k miles with no issues and lived in it for 3 months during a home construction project and it's been great. The X20E has met expectations and more for price, quality and fun. The low profile, low weight and short length of this trailer make it easily towable with an SUV or 1/2 ton truck, especially with the sway bars built-in. It has electric brakes but because of the light weight they are not needed. The king size bed slider extends the length to about 28 feet, and the slider mechanism is heavy duty and well designed with 4" rails. With the dual bunk beds and convertible dinette and sofa, up to 8 people can sleep in this compact unit. The 15 foot power awning and outdoor speakers help extend the living area outside. The shower has about 6'2" of clearance which could be improved by adding a skylight. One trade-off for the light weight is the relatively small fresh water capacity of 28 gallons. Are family absolutely loves this RV! The interior design is excellent! Floors, upholstery, cabinets and countertops colors all flow together perfectly! Much better than are house. Livability is good, a few grips on the dinette chairs being hard to position. It's always a compromise with an RV, and we get a big open living space and large garage, but the kitchen is split up with a hallway between. Bathroom could be larger, but that would take space from somewhere else. Having the bathroom sink outside the bathroom worked well for us. Quality and warranty are great! We did a wall that bowed out, crooked draw and speaker that died. But for an RV it's great quality and all of these issues where covered under warranty. Toyhauler is easy to pull. We used the Reese Straightline system with no issues. If your truck can tow 10,000lbs you can tow this RV. Show less

Absolutely the best quality toyhauler on the market in the$30,000 to $40,000 range,I've had 4 toyhaulers in the last 8 years and nothing compares to the jayco great construction the best roof system on the market ,strongest frame on the market,if your looking for a toyhauler that's going to last a lifetime it's the jayco 273 hands down best toyhauler on the market for the price Show less

We have owned this RV for 7:years and we love it. Plenty of storage space, plenty of beds for our kids and pets. Light weight to tow and the perfect size for any campground spot. We never had to worry if we would fit or not. Nothing majorly ever broke. It’s the prefect starter camper for any family or for someone who needs lots of beds. Show less

Have owned this trailer since 2011, purchased new and have been impressed with the quality and features. No major issues, usual maintainence. Great floor plan. Lots of storage. Great sound system and tv/dvd (6 speakers). Insulated well and has ducted heating and cooling vents. Show less

I purchased a Jayco Octane SL 293 in May of 2020 for a military PCS. We lived in it from the beginning of July thru the end of August and have taken several weekend trips since then. Overall I am extremely happy with this rig. We use the garage section to carry 2 Harley's with us, mostly when we PCS. We have also used the rear garage as an office at times. I have had zero major issues with it. IMO, Jayco has superior quality throughout the rig when you compare it to other models, specifically bumper pull toy haulers. We really like the fact that the garage is separate from the rest of the space. I don't understand why they discontinued this floor plan, but I suppose it serves a niche customer that isn't large enough to justify continuation. Show less

This rv is garbage. We have had nothing but problems, it is less than one year old and every appliance has gone out. You can forget about help from Jayco. They come up with every reason in the book to blame someone else for thier product. Show less

We bought this trailer used 1 year ago and really love it. We did clean it up on the outside but it was all cosmetic. It feels spacious for the two of us and tows very well. We camped in it this summer around Michigan and ended taking it to California and back in October. No problems anywhere on the trip passing trucks or with wind. We did use anti-sway bars. Workmanship on everything is good, nice cabinets, no water leaks, roof is solid. Refrigerator is big and works well, AC was great and the furnace works well and is fairly quiet. No silverware drawer but just used the oven instead. We did find that the expandable bed situation lets in too much noise for us but it is great in quieter areas. Show less

A great travel trailer for our family. The X23B hybrid (tents on the end) design is an excellent choice, especially if you are looking for a lightweight design with plenty of space, and also accessibility while rolling down the road. Show less
