This floor plan along with the 34SS and 35GS are exceptional. Jayco designed and built these units to take the punishment of bringing your home on the road. The units have a lot of power, easy to slow down and storage is abundant. We have created a lot of lasting memories in our RV and we have seen others also have quality family time. Show less

Being in the market for a used Super C we came across a BEAUTIFUL used 2016. It was used VERY little w/ less than 11,000 miles, shiny, new headlights, new tires, etc. The inside was spotless, washer dryer never used, etc. It looked so new we had decided not to do an inspection, but the good Lord took care of us and when we took a Diesel mechanic with us to go on a test drive, it started to rain. When we brought in the slide the water came in AND with very little investigative work we found a soft spot in the wall and under the dresser drawers and potentially the beginning of the same problem on the opposite slide. Anyway, it bothers me that this RV is still advertised here at the same price. I wish there was a way to inform people of sellers/RVs like this, as the repairs will be costly! Show less

We purchased this RV new after bad luck with our last Jayco Seneca (2018). We thought it was just a bad unit and we had bad luck. We were wrong. The floor plan is pretty nice. Beyond that, there is nothing good to say. Jayco Warranty takes weeks to approve any repairs. This is how they are able to offer 2 years, because if you get anything fixed it will sit at your dealer waiting for Jayco's response. Ours has been sitting for 9 of the last 11 months to have fiberglass cracking issues repaired around all three slide outs. Jayco delays every step of the process. The dealership has to send photos of the problem...wait a few weeks for approval to see where the problem started. Then they show the findings, and another few weeks of delay to approve them to look further. After the problem is found, then it is another 4-6 weeks for them to approve the repair. Lastly, they delay shipping the parts needed to make the repair for another 4-6 weeks. This was the case with our old one, and now our newer one. The overall build quality is what you should expect from the shottiest contractor you have every seen. Jayco has the game figured out to make their coin, and move you out of warranty without fixing the problems. Every trip something else falls apart. My wife keeps a container in the kitchen for all the screws she finds when she is cleaning so that I can go get them when I find what fell apart. Everything is held together with self tapping screws. The majority of them are stripped out, or loose. Junk is the best word for Jayco. Show less

We have traveled in our 37fs for 2 years full time over 27 states. We have experienced all types of weather & have had no problems. We did have a recall issue that was taken care of quickly & one issue that was covered under warranty which was also taken care of quickly. We flat towed our 2007 Honda CRV that whole time & never ran into issues either. The heating system in it kept us very warm when needed & the cooling system kept us very cool even in high temperatures. Having a washer & dryer in the RV has been a blessing. Overall we are very satisfied with our Jayco 37fs & highly recommend it. Show less

Jayco looks nice but fall apart then the warranty from jayco is garbage! Go with a different brand that honor their warranty as jayco will leave a bad taste in your mouth and waste your time , look at different brands garbage and they treat customers the way there products are Show less

I am an elderly senior and have owned from tents to tent trailers, to fifth wheels and an over the cab RV. This Jayco as a passenger was the most horrible ride in my life. It felt like there were NO shocks or shock absorbers or suspension and every a line or bump in the road sent us flying. The dogs who are used to vehicles were shaking. It is also note worthy to note that the third party company our campgrounds in Ontario Canada are no longer using. We moved from a class A to the super C and were so glad we did. The cab was quieter the ride was much better and the AC actually cooled the cab when it was 110 outside. The truck chassis actually provided us a lower insurance rate as well. The Seneca is a great choice. We have had a few minor issues that were easily taken care of at the local Camping World. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the Jayco Seneca. The only reason for selling is that our plans for retirement have changed. Show less

This is by far the best driving RV we’ve ever owned. The safety features are a major factor with going to the Mercedes. The interior is luxurious and the immensities are very nice. We are so happy with the Mercedes chassis compared to the Ford chassis. Show less

We were newbies. Spent two years looking and talking to RV owners. We were prepared for the 5k shake down period. Almost everyone told use there would be problems during this time. There were several minor ones that I fixed on my own. The only one that the dealer fixed was sensor on the fresh water tank. It required the left rear tires to be removed. I am not equipped to do that. I read numerous post on various forums about adding steering accessories, shocks etc for better handling. Once I got use to the size I find the rig handles just fine. Obviously it is a bitch in a 30-40 mph crosswind but so is any large vehicle. We have 16k on the unit it fits our needs very well. The dealer leaves a little to be desired but our salesman is always available to answer questions. He gave us his cell number. I have called him in the evening, weekends and holidays with the usual newbie questions. He either answers immediately or calls back within a hour The factory has been of little help on issues I have had on items in the coach. I find the Jayco class A forum much more helpful. There is a wealth of information and knowledge there. The members are very helpful. We will probably keep this unit for 2-3 more years. Then move up to a pusher diesel. With a heated “basement” we can get a few more months of use here in Minnesota! Show less

Amazing coach, this unit is the most luxurious motor home I have ever seen. Livability is just as comfortable as our home. On the highway we pass semi trucks pulling mountain passes. Overall, this RV is a 10. Show less
