Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors, cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco.

I bought the trailer feb 2025 at rv show , it took 20weeks to get it,after multiple mix ups, still did not come with the solor system, I had to get corporate involved to get panel installed, I got tired of arguing with the dealer and installed the inverter myself, after I got it home. So DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD IN DRAPER UTAH. Also since I got it home, I have found water leaks, cabinet doors falling off, the fuel station wired wrong and inoperable, and fuel leaks, the bathroom pocket door misaligned, the electric water heater not working, the shower drain won't drain, slide seals torn and ripped, the gray tank main valve not sealing properly and leaking. What make me the most upset is that the factory shipped this out of there door ,and the dealer did a pdi and pencil whiped the check list that all systems worked, THEY LIED PERIOD. And no help from customer service, I have fixed everything myself, Anyway there is more but the point is I will not recommend jayco to anyone after the headache and crap I have been through. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER JAYCO, AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO ALSO.

WARNING: Do not buy any Jayco Fifth Wheels, RV’s, Trailers or any Jayco products. Jayco does not stand behind their products and their customer service is a joke! From the moment we received our brand new fifth wheel there were a list of issues that were wrong with it. Table arrived with chips and scratches, the main door was not level and sticking. the leveling system was not working. the central vacuum was not connected, shower door clip was broke and not installed correctly, drawer under the fridge was broke, a cabinet was coming off the wall, saw dust kept coming out of the vents and their was a crack in one of the slides. After all that, we had a power outage and the fridge and freezer never switched over to LP or back to power when the power was restored. We had a 10 pound bag of chicken wings in the freezer that went bad. We tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out and no luck. We contacted Jayco customer service since they denied the claim to have the fridge/freezer replaced. We have gone back and forth with them and they are placing blame on the manufacturer of the fridge/freezer and refuse to do the right thing by replacing the fridge/freezer unit. Now unless we want to spend $6K to replace it, we have to live with the smell. I will NEVER buy another Jayco product again.

The dealership where it is at is convinced it is a pressure switch and Lippert keeps putting them through un successful steps, that don't work…. Anyone have any thoughts?

Was initially very excited about this RV, very beautiful, tons of bells and whistles, purchased brand new. It took 3 days after driving it off the lot to realize it was a lemon. Soon as we parked at our first campsite…. -5 cargo bay leaks -1 toilet leak -1 kitchen leak -1 black tank leak -1 gray tank leak -bedroom roof leaking onto bed -patio door leak -cargo ramp frame was warped (turns out “not square) had to use force to open/close -couple of “decorative screws” holding side various side panels up? -both entry doors had 1/2in gaps -white water line in bay crushed flat (as if there were excess pressure somewhere?) -BMPro has to be rebooted numerous times a day, will turn on & off lights, furnace, water heater, A/C sporadically -fridge staying too cold or food warm These were just a few of the issues if you can believe it. Our dealership tried to help but They had a hard time getting Jayco to get back with them (know this for a fact, my husband was there during the contact attempts). Jayco would not get back with us, kept getting the run around until we took it a step higher. Then they called us back and took it into the Jayco Manufacturing plant in Indiana. They had to replace an A/C, fridge, couch, molded wooden frames in the bay, fix all the leaks, tear up and replace the roof, replace the patio doors, the back ramp door, one of the man doors to, once again, name a few. Had our camper for almost a month and 1/2. NOW…. -The A/C they replaced doesn’t work -The BMPro turns the lights, A/C,furnace and water heater on/off more then it used to -The Rt side driving/brake lights light up when it rains and stay on until they dry out? (Has unplugged from the truck) -The Lt side driving/brake lights would not light up at all -We fixed 2 other leaks 2 days after taking it off the lot -Issues with the slides binding when being pulled in, AND a few times not going in at all (takes 10-15 minutes of rebooting the BMPro repeatedly) And once again, having issues getting a response from Jayco. We do not recommend this unit and will never again purchase anything from Jayco, new or used.

Thinking about buying a Jayco 5th wheel. Think very carefully. I am on the edge of suing Jayco and making them buy back this $130,000.00 5th wheel. It has been nightmare from day one when the Spartanburg SC dealer sold the unit I chose right out from under me after signing paper work! This unit they found has been at the dealerships more than it has been in my driveway! Listed below are some of the issues we have discovered and still dealing with... 1. Internet Router not working 2. Deck TV not working 3. Rear toy hauler seats have stripped our screws. 4. Rear toilet leaks 5. Water Pump for bottled water does not work. 6. Saw dust and wood chips coming out of all HVAC vents 7. Rear toy hauler doors leak rain water won't stay shut when traveling 8. Loses 2/3 of fresh after while traveling just 50 miles 9. A/C not cooling sufficient 10. Main Refrigerator issues will not cool w/o unplugging inside fridge. 11. Lock on shower door broken 12. Awning 2 not working. 13. Molding missing under ladder. 14. Deck fridge not working 15. Auto leveling does not work, crashed completely. 16. After 4 in State trips, LR tire is bald, has bent axle. 17. Master bedroom slide works occasionally. I'm a reasonable man who knows with a new unit there may be some kinks to work out. However, this is outrageous and unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to buy a Jayco product of anything! I purchased my camper new March of 21. Upon orientation several things were broke. Rear awning did not work, sinks and toilets leaked, entry door would not shut properly. After the firs trip we had several issues. Dishwasher prep exploded and flooded camper, garage door retention cable jammed causing door not to open and more fixture leaks. Contacted Jayco several times of warranted items. Absolutely no help. Took in for warranty repair and all claims were denied not to many ion the service department at purchasing dealer is a joke. The list of problems still continue on. Main awning snapped hit my unit damaged my golf cart and was not covered under warranty. I called Jayco and I quote” you were not standing there with the awning when this happened de we deem it misuse because it was unattended “. What kind of response is that? Current day, my roof is delaminating per Jayco but not covered, hot water works when it feels like it, door still doesn’t close properly, cabinets are falling apart, wood accents are discoloring, rear awning still broke, side deck frame has 3/4 inch gap from structure and bolts for mounting are stripped and installed crooked, subfloor not attached to frame, screws coming from exterior to interior are exposed, flooring buckling door lock on rear entry has never worked, auto level will not work, hydraulic lines leak, and the list goes on. Jayce will not respond to any claims filed nor any complaints filed. 143000 dollar camper and absolutely no help from manufacturer fixing their poor quality control defects. Jayco is the leader in the industry if you would like to be the proud owner of a P.O.S. that doesn’t seem to have anything covered under warrant and has by far the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. My unit looks like it was built at 4 ocklock on Friday and they close at 5. Awesome!!! Anyone else share my aggravation and disappointment???

Purchased this RV so we could take a golf cart but found we didn’t need to so going back to traditional 5th wheel. I have been very please with the quality and easy of use and set up of this 5th wheel, The hydraulic leveling system is great . it’s just not the model for us. Towed easy. Wife was pleased with amount of hot water all the time, a fresh water dispenser at kitchen sink, ease of TV set up. Has RV fridge but has plenty of room also it ran on propane while traveling. Plenty of heat in cooler temperatures and fireplace helped. Does have a recliner that is being replaced under warranty (came with split from factory) Great panty space and full size oven. Almost every option available. Full body paint with an added clear coat protectant besides manufacturers.
