Our sales person, Jake Wittlow, was very knowledgeable about our needs. Also a very personable gentleman with a happy demeanor. The finance, gentleman, Eric, very friendly and professional. We would recommend Kunes RV in elk Horn Wisconsin to anybody asking. Thank you for a great new RV for us.

Also the bathroom sink is pitted and rusted Jayco has refused to honor warranty on either of these items . Bottom line…my next RV will be anything but a Jayco r their affiliates and I’m sure glad I didn’t waste my money on an extended warranty

This model is a great, lower-priced, entry level motor home. Low cost, great towing capability while offering a floor plan that is great for two people but can accommodate up to six if need be. The overhead offers a great area for storage. It's shorter length is conducive to fitting into shorter driveways, saving on monthly storage fees. It is also great for shopping malls with small parking spaces and tight fitting RV sites. It has a roomy bedroom with a less-to-go wrong, single slide out. I love the queen size bed with side tables on both sides. Also, the bed is walk-around. No climbing over your partner to get in or out of bed. Being the same level as the rest of the unit, there is no toe-stubbing risers. It also has a complete bed, no cutoff corners. Like any Class C, you have to make allowances for noise while driving. Careful packing and use of towels will help to cut down on rattling. Towing capacity is best in class. Combined with a shorter wheel base, one can flat tow a vehicle, boat, horse trailer or even another RV trailer and easily maneuver in tight spaces. I didn't have to use Factory Warranty but Dealer Support was excellent.

We have worked with the dealership and Jayco for the last year to fix our slide, chairs, mattress and sony screen. To date nothing has been resolved. We get the same old run around from both.

Recently purchased a 2023 Jayco redhawk se 27nf. It was one of the last 2023 models on the lot. My wife and I preferred a Floorplan without slides. Also one of my priorities is for outside storage. This Floorplan is one of the few class c models with a large pass-through storage compartment. We have had it out on trips twice now. The first was a short trip to a local Koa. The second was a trip of approximately 600 miles and 4 nights. My list of problems is very short. The dealer ,Bluecompass, has scheduled an appointment to get these things fixed.

We have loved owning this RV. From road trips to tailgates and sports events, it has been such a pleasure owning this! Traveling with our 3 kids and 2 dogs it has been roomy and comfortable. We would love for another family to own and love this RV so they can make memories and enjoy life with their kids. We have RV'd with our extended family as well. We drove from Mass to Hilton Head, as well as to Cape Cod, Maine, and Vermont. We visited National Parks like Acadia and we did beach trips. We have loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation and wish we could keep it. Unfortunately because 2 of our kids are heading to college it is not something we can make use of right now but we definitely intend to own another RV in the future. Whether you are a seasoned camper or newer to RVing like we were, we know you will have fun with it. The kids love being able to sleep and relax while we travel.

My motorhome has been having issues since it was new. It’s been down over 4 months waiting on approval and parts from Jayco. The door hasn’t been right since I bought the motorhome in August 2022. This problem has been worked on multiple times but never fixed. About 3 months after I purchased to motorhome, Affinity notified me that there was a crack in the cab over. I’m a little concerned that there is structural damage in the door area that wasn’t addressed when the crack was repaired. They knew about the damage when they sold me the motorhome but failed to mention it. The issues, besides the door are: Leveling system doesn’t work Cameras, backup and sides do not work. CO alarm goes off intermittently when operating generator Wall paper in bathroom coming off Tiles in bedroom loose When I fill the fresh water tank and start driving, the water siphons out. The center burner on the stove fails to light from the striker intermittently. The results of which are a flash of fire under the stove top when the propane ignites. The intermittent issues never seem to occur when checked by the technician. So, nothing is done. The procedure for getting a motorhome repaired is very time consuming and frustrating both for the customer and the dealership. Step 1 Make an appointment to drop off the motorhome. Stem 2 from 1 to 2 weeks after drop off to have a technician diagnose the problem Stem 3 take pictures and submit warranty claim Step 4 Jayco takes 1 to 2 weeks to review the claim and notify the dealership Step 5 order parts or repeat step 4 if Jayco needs more information. Step 6 parts are shipped Step 7 parts are received takes a week or more Repair is now 4-6 weeks in and actual repair is just starting. Probably takes another week to assign a technician and start repair. I took my motorhome in on October 17,2023. I picked my (not repaired) motorhome up on two different occasions because I had plans and reservations. I took it in last week because Jayco needed more pictures. The dealership told me to take it home as they have no idea when they’ll get parts and actually repair it. My motorhome is just over 16 months old with about 6500 miles and has been in the shop 3 times as much as it’s been on the road. I was told that I have 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. I’m over 2/3 into that warranty and still waiting to have day 1 issues taken care of.

Overall we thoroughly enjoy our motorhome. However I think jayco could put alittle more quality on the inside of the motorhome. We have had closet and cupboards with the center piece fall out. They are held in place with silicone. the corner moldings needs to be stapled back in place. The screws in the floor have come up and gone through the vinyl flooring. Jayco needs to spend alittle more quality on the inside even you you have to raise the price.
