We have worked with the dealership and Jayco for the last year to fix our slide, chairs, mattress and sony screen. To date nothing has been resolved. We get the same old run around from both.

I have owned the Jayco for less than 3 months and I began to have issues. The smoke/carbon alarm would sound for no apparent reason every few minutes for several hours. The refrigerator stopped getting cold, furnace will not heat. I have an appointment 3 months out with mom pop repair at the earliest. Jayco representative repairs will take up to 6months. This has been a very inconvenient experience thus far.Jayco surveys doesn't make a difference in the support provided.

First time owner and female. I like this RV overall, except that the dealer Did not tell me it had no leveling system. Also when I did the walk through it had two batteries. When I took possession it had only one battery. The second I had to purchase seperatly. The leveling system for this vehicle is expensive to buy and install. If I had known this I would have bought a different model.

I called in for what I thought was a very simple problem that the seven wire plug at the rear of the RV was all working except the pin for the running lights. The RV running lights are just fine so that tells me the plug is on a independent 12V source for service of power to the plug. Customer service support had to call engineering because the layout they had to look at did not show that seven way plug leading back to the fuse panel. After two days I was told to pound sand and that it was not a Jayco problem!!! I have been around electrical systems for a very long time and that is not the case at all. I am very disappointed in the service I rec., but not surprised when you try to get help from someone you have already bought the product. I would not and will not recommend a Jayco product to anyone and everyone I know.
