If I could give Jayco - the company - 0 stars I would. Jayco does not know the meaning of customer service. My 5th wheel has been in the shop since July 2019, longer than it has been with me and during the pandemic, it took them over 6 months to get parts out to my dealer! You would think that after 2 years of me “owning” it, that they’d have the decency to pay the dealer to fix the LED lights that should have been working all along but were never connected at their factory! But no, I was told over and over by the very rude “customer service” person that my rig was out of warranty. Extend the freaking warranty as you couldn’t do anything during the pandemic anyway…so not logical and downright poor business judgment! This will be my last Jayco I will ever own based on their lack of service for the lemon THEY sent from their factory and now refuse to make right. Show less

We purchased this RV new. We immediately had issues, The master bath toilet stopped up and backed up within 2 days of use. Had Camping World come out and unstop it. It backed up again. They came out again. It backed up again. Another company came out and unstopped it. Talked to the service manager at Camping world and told him the issue. He immediately told me what the problem was and that is an ongoing issue with Jayco. Took it in for the repair he said ot needed. While it took longer this time it is still stopping up. The service people said the only way to fix it is to install a macerator toilet. Jayco refuses to do the repair but they say its built to dessign. Which is is. But according to the professional the design is flawed. So we have a $150,000.00 camper that the toilet doesn't work and they say it's not a warranty issue. I will never buy another Jayco prodcut because they don't stand behind their product. Yes we use RV toilet paper. no we dont use a lot. Show less

This is the best RV I’ve ever owned. Everyone that see’s it loves it. The living area is really large with a huge TV that can easily be raised up and down, and the fireplace that you can use for heat or just for looks. The kitchen is very user friendly with lots of storage, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and I love the convection oven. I hardly use the gas oven but nice to have. I especially love how the bathroom has a door and is a separate room. Lots of storage in the bath and a large shower! Last, the king size bed is so comfortable and the closet is really large with shelving and two rods. The dyson vacuum works great on the floors and carpet. We added the stackable w/d and it is such a treat to have. Storage under the bed is very useful for extra bedding, super high and comfortable blow up mattress, extra toilet tissue, paper towels or whatever your needs may be. You will love traveling in this RV! These are just some of my favorite features. Show less

Traded in a 2016 Landmark. The is a much higher quality unit. A/c unit is quiet and cold, heating system will keep you warm when outside air is in the teens. Roof is insulated to the point you have to listen for the rain. All equipment works without issues. Units are well constructed and well insulated. Show less

I’ve had this camper for a short time. Besides this one I also have a 26 ft. Keystone 5th wheel. Since I am single and the smaller one is better for me to pull around the state, I decided to sell the larger one. My loss will be someone else’s gain. Show less

We love our RV, however we have had several issues. First the RV gets very hot in the summer, was wondering if anyone else have issues with the RV not cooling. Second the love seat actually broke had to replace and of course not covered under extended warranty. Show less

Bought a 2019 Jayco in January 1920 has a two year warranty had a number of issues leaving the lot still having issues with it a year later no help from Jayco a Bish a RVing an Kearney is worthless finally got some help from this RV out of Lincoln but I still have about $20,000 worth of warranty work to do on this unit everybody run from Jayco don’t buy their junk their junk anymore they don’t care what they put out just get them out the door and screw everybody hundred thousand dollars worth of junk anybody looking to buy an RV do not look at Jayco they don’t take care of their customers and they will just put you off and put you off i’ve owned many fifth wheels and never had this kind of problems with him this Jayco is one of the biggest pieces of junk I’ve ever seen shower drain wasn’t hooked up washer hook ups leaked from the factory rust got to be replaced front door don’t seal from the handle down back window seal broke on the thermal pane windows the big kitchen slide with the refrigerator and TV in it won’t pull in right the leveling system don’t work right back up camera quit working screws coming up through the bedroom floor bedroom floor feels weak front decals are cracking from the factory brand new furnace quit working after we use it about four timesI think there needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against Jayco pinnacle Storage compartment door don’t open right screws coming out of the outside metal and I could go on and on and on it just seems every day there’s something new going wrongEverybody run from Jayco do not buy them Show less

I LOVE everything about this RIG. The size and storage is amazing and you don't feel like you are camping. This could easily be a FULL-time home. Warranty issues have gone well and nothing that isn't just normal maintenance. Hate to depart with her, but unable to travel anymore! Our loss. Show less

We love our Jayco Pinnacle it has auto jack system, easy to set up and handles great on the road. Also has a huge Master Bedroom with double sinks and a large closet plus a linen closet. Has a half bath off the kitchen. Show less

This is our first RV. We shopped for a fifth wheel for a few years and went to several RV shows. We fell in love with the 2017 Jayco floor plan ie the 1 1/2 baths. However, the front toilet, off the bedroom, clogs up frequently. Has anyone else, with this model, experienced the same issue? Show less
