Was second owner with 4000 miles on it. First owner sold it back to original dealer. Ate multiple batteries in coach and chassis within 2 years and 8000 miles. Slide did not work correctly. Leaky roof, auto step inoperative, backup camera out, refrigerator broken. All replaced by dealer. Some of which I had to pay for. Lots of electronic problems. Batteries would go dead in 2 days in use. Must run generator for hours daily. Uses up all the LP gas so you make trips to town. In storage, batteries die within a week, even with master switches off. Mercedes tech say it is a Jayco problem. Jayco says they can't find it. Sold it for what I had in it. No more Jayco or Thor products, too cheaply built. Dealer tried hard to fix everything but not successful.

Good thing Mercedes stood up and replaced chassis battery even though not original from dealer (someone swapped at dealer). Auto trans acting up, getting stuck on high gear after fwy drive. Nothing found by dealer to fix. Soundstream sucks. Running lights still not fixed. So much for high end product.

Well designed and great Mercedes chassis. It’s to bad that Jayco didn’t follow along those lines. Instead they went for looks. But the RV part is made out of the cheapest materials possible and then it’s put together horribly. I would not recommend buying this. You definitely don’t get any quality. Then they price it like it’s top quality. So disappointed. Would give it back if I could.

Bought 2019 Rv in Nov 2018. Love the overall living and driving capabilities. But hot water heater, retractable window shade, refrigerator & soundstream GPS Each quit working over our first 5 months of ownership and put a damper on our trips — now AC unit not cooling. Sound stream has glitch when typing in destination multiple letters appear - quite infuriating. Dixie RV has been good about warranty but that’s 4 big items. Quakes our faith in the other large components of our rig. With $100k+ purchase you expect it to preform MUCH better. So far Mercedes engine has been great. Also mudflats were installed wrong and had to be replaced. We live two hrs from Dixie Rv so it’s caused many unwanted trips and time with RV in the shop. Hope this is the end of issues with our beautiful Jayco motorhome.
