We have had several issues with our 3 year old camper. A few during our warranty which were never resolved and several after the warranty. It's poorly made with cheap materials. Our countertops are loose and yellow stains have appeared on our laminate floor and countertops because of the cheap glue they used. Windows are thin, and not engineered to be driving without a window breaking. Decals have bubbled, cracked and peeled off. I would not buy a Jayco again. I have seen 25 year old campers ( other brands of course) in better shape than our 3 year old Jayco.

If I could have given a negative star, I would. The trailer I purchased has fallen apart. The first thing that happened was the table on the inside delaminated, the outside driving light fell off, the couch stitching fell out, the heater didn't work, and it was cold when we went camping expecting the heater to work, and numerous pieces of wood on the inside fell off. I took the trailer in to get everything fixed, and after a month or so, it was fixed minus the table, and they said they would call when it came in; well, no one ever called, and every attempt to get it no one new what I was talking about. NOW, the roof leaked, messed up the master bed, and caused a moldy smell, and more pieces of the wood in the room fell off in the primary bedroom. Lastly, the front part of the metal fell off while driving down the freeway, I had to pull over on the highway and undo some screws to get the piece of metal off, and one of the speakers from the awning fell off! I took the trailer into Camping World to get it fixed, and the extremely rude girl (that is another review) said none of it is under warranty. I purchased this trailer on July 2, 2021, just over two years and nothing is covered! Jayco talks about quality; well, where is it? This trailer has been the biggest piece of junk since the day I picked it up. Never again will I purchase a Jayco product, and I will never recommend them; as a matter of fact, I talk very badly about the craftsmanship of Jayco and tell people to find another type of RV to buy.

Had the rv for over 5 years. Most of the experience was great! Problems first: IRV electronics AM/FM/BT broke, but replaced with a cheap Kenwood and actually wired it. The original mattress was like sleeping on pounded sand, so replaced it with an 8" Cool Gel and much better. Typical screws, doors, windows, slides, and my bed support needed fixing. Overall, the AC 13.5 worked great, the furnace was noisy but kept me warm, the Frig worked fair unless the propane got low and the pilot light would go out. People would comment on my Baja height, which I could put the generator, Beer cooler, and other stuff underneath. After all my use, I sold it for more than I bought it. It was that in demand.

Where do I start... I purchased this camper new in 2021. I had zero issues the first year. I'm past my 2 year warranty by 2 months. Due to being in Michigan, June is my first camping trip. This means I missed the window to try the camper while still in warranty. Unfortunately... So, why is it a camper/brand I wouldn't recommend? First trip this year: the awning fell off one side. The camper had a wiring issue from the light installer smashed the wires in behind it. The fender has lost 2 screws. The dometic thermostat is junk and well documented as junk. 0/10 build quality. And absolutely no flexibility on warranty.

DO NOT EVER BUY JAYCO. Sales and financing went well, people are great, the product is substandard. Leaks when raining (skylight and slider), shelf guides not level, fridge has yet to work correctly after 2 years, had repair out several times, plastic instead of brass fittings for exterior water connections, they wear out quickly. Wood is cheap, supports under bed cracked within 2 months, the manufacturer has never heard of plumbers tape. BUYER BEWARE.... Update...called phone number as requested, was polite but firm and corporate executive hung up on me as I was explaining the problems and my resolution. In his defense they offered to open a case. Even if I could take it in, where would I live for the months it would take to fix it, thats after I wait 5-7 months to get an appointment at Camping World
