Purchased fall of 2019. Purchased with both ac/ heating units.Used through the winter and summer months. Works great in all seasons in Virginia. Towing very well behind a Nissan Titan xd diesel. Interior is spacious. Issues with cabinet doors falling off. I’ve had to add straps to keep the doors closed. Show less

I bought this trailer new last year. Main entrance door did not align, cabinets did not latch shut. Faucet connections were not tight. There were gaps in the bedroom closets. The bed is poorly supported. Now the Dometic air conditioner just broke. This is the biggest piece of garbage I ever bought. I thought the 2 year warranty would handle any issues I had, but my dealer can’t fix my A/C for 3 months so now I have to pay $1100 to have someone else fix it and hope I can recoup something from Jayco. Do yourself a favor and spend more and buy a better made trailer. Show less

This travel trailer is perfect for first time buyers. the layout is perfect, I love that everything is electronically run. The LED lighting is fantastic, and the furniture is 100% leather. it has a full sized shower and a queen sized bed. I especially love how there are speakers on the awning so music can also be enjoyed outside. it is also cable ready and can hook up solar panels to side of camper which is triple fantastic! It also has a thermal package which means you can camp in the winter or even live in it! I loved this camper the first I set eyes on it..the only things I did not like about it was there is not enough counter space, but I made it work, and that there is not alot of storage for my liking but could easily satisfy someone else. This camper is great, I just have to sell it because my living situations have changed and I cannot afford it anymore ☹️ whoever buys this camper will be extremely happy with it I promise you that! Best built travel trailer and has everything we need for a great camping experience. Pulls wonderfully, easy to maintain, set up is a breeze. Compared the Jayco Jay Flight to many other models before purchase and found none came close to the superb build of the 2017 Jayco Jay Flight 28 RLS! Show less

This is our 3rd season. Moldings and trim began coming un stapled. Year 1. Cabinet doors warped. Bedroom TV mounting location has no support behind the wall. Had to replace the mattress at the beginning of our second year and we only used it for 30 nights the year before. The base holding the mattress sunk in the middle so we had to rebuild it. The awning motor no longer works and it has only be used maybe 15 times. We traded in a Jayco Feather Lite we had for 10 years and loved. Disappointed in the new quality. Show less

This has been a great RV with tons of storage and very comfortable. This is one that is great for snow birds who may want to live in it for 6 months or so. We have traveled quite a bit with this model and really like it better than anything else we have owned or seen in this size. Show less
