BUYER BEWARE! Jayco customer care is non-existent. Purchased 2022 264BH Jay Flight SLX new and one month after my 2-year warranty expired noticed front wall was soft. Took unit to I-70 RV Center (Jayco Dealer) where purchased and staff there could not figure out where water was getting in. Warranty claim was submitted as all parties agreed that water had been getting in undetected well before the warranty had expired. Also, since this appeared to be a possible structural issue there was potential for this to be covered under the 3-year structural warranty. Dealer offered estimate of $4300 to tear down unit to figure out where water was getting in as part of the claim process. Warranty DECLINED and after escalating to further make case of defective manufacturing issue again case was declined with not offer of resolution. All seams were looked at by myself and technical staff at dealer and no issue was found, however after sending requested photos to claim agent they picked apart photos and indicated the seals should have been all redone every 6 months per owner’s manual. Jayco stance is that regardless if the seals show no voids, cracking or separation I am to re-caulk the entire unit every 6 months. I took good care and inspected unit regularly, parked under canopy most of the time and saw no evidence requiring redoing any seals. Also, the large Jayco front decal peeled off the first year we had the unit. It is apparent that Jayco uses inferior construction products to cheapen the build and then hides behind clauses carefully crafted in their manual to get out of standing behind their product. Do not waste your hard-earned dollars on an inferior product. Research whom owns Jayco as issues maybe wide spread with sister companies.

This TT was great as an entry level trailer. My 2017 silverado 1500 towed it with ease. The living space is comfortable, albeit, a bit tight around the kitchen/dinette, which is to be expected with no slide outs. Overall this trailer deserves 5 stars for the Floorplan. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and everyone was able to find their own comfortable spots in this trailer. If you're looking to get into travel trailers and don't want to break the bank, this is the one to go with.

Where do I start... I purchased this camper new in 2021. I had zero issues the first year. I'm past my 2 year warranty by 2 months. Due to being in Michigan, June is my first camping trip. This means I missed the window to try the camper while still in warranty. Unfortunately... So, why is it a camper/brand I wouldn't recommend? First trip this year: the awning fell off one side. The camper had a wiring issue from the light installer smashed the wires in behind it. The fender has lost 2 screws. The dometic thermostat is junk and well documented as junk. 0/10 build quality. And absolutely no flexibility on warranty.

I bought a Jayco travel trailer/toy hauler new in 2020. I took it to Arizona that winter where I had no heat due to the regulator. I took it back to the location in MO where I bought it after the winter trip. They said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I took it on a trip in August and again had issues with gas. Took it back to seller, again they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I moved it to Georgia for the winter and again had issues with the gas. Only to find that now there is a recall on the crap regulator they originally used. But they can't get replacements. I havebeen waiting on the part since October and was just advised that it may not be in before I leave in April. So I have a very expensive bed because I can't cook or heat the trailer without additional equipment. I am tempted to sell as soon as it is finally fixed. My advise is find a company that can stand behind their product and that has a high standard of committed to customers. Jayco has been a huge disappointment!

Dropped off our travel trailer over a month ago for warranty service. Frig panel falls out , manufacturer defect, water leak under bath sink that caused damage to the wood by refrigerator, refrigerator wont light on propane. Campers inn said Jayco wont cover frig panel, said they could not find a leak even though clearly their is , said they fixed the frig lighting problem. Mind you they never walked us through explaining what they did and showed us the repair, just said its ready go hook up. Got it home frig panel was on the floor, frig wont light sounds like a little explosion when trying to light yet still doesn't light. And to top it off they didn't clean up there mess from whatever they did, floor was full of sand, it was spotless when we dropped it off, and they chipped the frig cabinet! Stay away for service! Will not be back!!
