Had the rv for over 5 years. Most of the experience was great! Problems first: IRV electronics AM/FM/BT broke, but replaced with a cheap Kenwood and actually wired it. The original mattress was like sleeping on pounded sand, so replaced it with an 8" Cool Gel and much better. Typical screws, doors, windows, slides, and my bed support needed fixing. Overall, the AC 13.5 worked great, the furnace was noisy but kept me warm, the Frig worked fair unless the propane got low and the pilot light would go out. People would comment on my Baja height, which I could put the generator, Beer cooler, and other stuff underneath. After all my use, I sold it for more than I bought it. It was that in demand.

Third time we took the trailer out for a week camping trip the refrigerator quit working. We called Jayco to see if they would cover replacement as it was over $2500. They said they’ve had issues with the refrigerator ammonia evaporating and it stops working but because it’s a 2019 they will not cover it. Keep in mind we did not use it in 2020 or 2021 due to Covid so this was really only the first year it had been used. Buyer beware the refrigerators have issues and do not last, Jayco is aware of the issues and will not stand behind them.

Unlike the previous two reviews we have had no troubles of any kind. For sure when you spend in this price range you will find cheaper materials and construction, but We have found that everything works well, it is comfortable, plenty of space for the two of us and trailers well. I originally pulled it with my 4Runner and it had no trouble pulling over 11,000 foot passes. We looked at other campers in this price range and didn't find any that had the features and comfort level of this one. Again, in 15 months of use and 9500 miles we have not had a single problem.YMMV

The first part of May 2021 I bought a new 2019 Jay Flight 195RB, left over, from RVone, Albany, NY. We have pulled a good number of Jayco trailers over the past 50 years. From pop-ups to 3 Jayco Jay flights. When Thor Industries became involved making jayco, the quality has dropped considerably. After our first summer the radio broke, the speaker mounted in the awning channel fell out, the trim around the pantry cracked, the paneling backing the wall paper has come loose and destroyed the seams, light around the ac unit shines through and needs sealing, the hoses connecting the faucet cracked and blew water from the split.
This is not nearly the quality from prior years. I am writing this review as a warning to potential Jayco buyers. "Buyer Beware"

Jayco cut every corner possible and make these as cheap as possible. Everything is made cheap. But being a first time RV buyer,I didn't compare other brands. All I can say is don't waste your money on Jayco. If this thing makes it through this season I'll try to unload it and upgrade to a different manufacturer.

I spent a day fixing this problem and now they are very sturdy should be built this way from the factory also heard from other Jayco owners this is a common issue.
Also did the same with the bed just in case put a brace through the middle for support.
Some things we added that should be built in when these are being built like air shocks for the bed to use the storage.
We have had 2 leaks one came in where the Antenna is and the other is the door for the front storage. We re sealed with Silicone on the door and dicor caulking on the roof.

Everything works, except the Bluetooth IRV no longer pairs. Mattress is firm and sinking a bit, fridge works great, A/C worked at 103F on LOW cool and kept me very comfortable, but a bit loud. GREAT couples trailer, as you can get out on side of bed, unlike R-Pod. Baja has super clearance! I would recommend with no problem, although this is NOT a custom trailer and is built for the VALUE buyer!
