Warning! This trailer is a money pit. Bought new in 2018, maiden trip 2 days later. Dining area and bedside cupboards fell apart, despite driving only on pavement.Fiberboard was put together with staples. Discovered a major leak, fixed on warranty, November 2019. 2020, squishy floor discovery. Due to covid, covered trailer to prevent further damage. April 2022, safer to be out and about, so took in for servicing, were charged $895 for diagnosis of problem, and told warranty expired so at least $7000 to repair. No accountability by either the dealer or by Jayco. Long and short...NEVER BUY A JAYCO.

Love the look at layout of this little camper but the quality is about as low as it gets. I bought it new in February, went across country in March and it has been in the shop with a laundry list of issues since two weeks in. Walls warped, hot water panel blew first week, laminate is peeling, table warped, water leaking from front window soaking the mattress every time it rains, the door flies open when you hit a bump, refrigerator won't stay closed and sealed, speakers on awning do not work.. and the list goes on. They have spent over 16 labor hours on this and Jayco refuses to swap it out for another unit. They are tearing the walls out as we speak and replacing, ruining the structural integrity. Do.not.buy from a company that does not stand behind their product and the safety of their customers.

Jayco is the worst rv company period. I purchased my first ever travel trailer and the roof came apart after only 8 months of owning it and Jayco refuses to stand behind there warranty and fix it. Save you time and money, and go with another company. Their “warranty” is suppose to be one of the best in the business, but it is far from it. There customer service is awful. They could care less that you own one of there products, which was very disappointing. I plan to have more trailers in my future and will never purchase a Jayco trailer again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

We purchased this model two months ago. It has been in the shop since we bought it. From electrical issues to a broken shower trap that flooded the under belly. We are making payments and can’t use the trailer . Non of the issues were caused by us. We dropped the unit off at the dealership for it to be gutted. And all the insulation and under belly cover to be replaced on the 25 of October. We’re still waiting for repairs. When we dropped off the trailer we were doing a walk through to show the warrantey issues that needed to be addressed and found the wall had separated and the cabinet bottom was falling off. Unless jayco changes their craftsmanship I would steer away from their products.
