My husband and I absolutely love this camper! It has so much interior storage and we loved the flexibility with our outdoor shower and underbelly storage. The furniture is all very comfortable, too, but we specifically loved the recliners! Our main deciding factor in purchasing this trailer as opposed to other models is the kitchen layout (and of course, the storage, too). The kitchen has that little coffee nook and an island. I have had many issues with my trailer. A few have been resolved. I have been nine months with the refrigerator out of service. I got a call from GeneralRV in Orange Park Fl. that the motherboard had arrived after 7 months being on order. I was told the next date to service would be August 7. The bottom of the trailer is sagging which allowed mice to enter. After getting rid of the mice I used Gorilla Tape for a temporary fix. I used two cans of spray foam to seal several holes where pipes and water lines enter the trailer. I have a water leak under the kitchen sink. The window blinds were installed crooked and one dining room window is very crooked. The weather seal is ready to install. Jayco sent the wrong seal two times. The gas regulator only works on one tank. This is a new problem that occured a couple weeks ago so GeneralRV has not had a opportunity to orrder a part. GeneralRV has repaired and replaced several items. Jayco has no respect for customers once the sale is made. I have other issues that are minor so I won't mention in this review. Show less

Absolute garbage. Bought it brand new. Two thousand twenty two first year water tank leaked air conditioner burned up. Next year 2023 the roof panels come loose underneath the roofing. If it is over 78° outside the air conditioner won't even come close to cooling the camper, not even a little bit. Show less

I purchased my trailer in Sept last year, and took it out for the first time in May of this year. Hooked up the water, and had a leak from the water heater, took it to the dealer, and was told warranty wont cover because it was a winterizing issue, not true. The grey water tank came from the factory with no plumbing, the seal around the tail lights allows water to get in. And we are battling with the dealer over getting things fixed because they claim the warranty company is holding them up. They have had my camper for a month. Show less

I lived in this trailer for a year while renovating a home. The livability of this trailer is amazing! I love he layout. The double slides in the living and kitchen make it feel huge. The private master bed and bath make it feel like true home. I worked form home out of this, cooked, had guests, and watched shows in what feels like a classy theater. The couch bed we great for short term guests. Show less

I will never buy another Jayco. Piece of junk. Too many repairs to mention. Mostly repetative furnace problems electrical issues and screws missing or loose on slides. It looks nice but is poorly built. Poor quality. Poor warranty service performance. I should have bought another puma. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. I am a lifetime camper and this experience has turned my stomach. Show less

I bought a brand new 2019 6 months ago. Beautiful interior. About 3 weeks in the faucet sprayer got stuck and wouldnt switch back I noticed trim strips were missing the strings on the blinds are a nightmare 6 have snapped and had to be re strung and now 6 months later I have a hard short in my 12 volt system. Have been dealing with the warranty dept. since the first issue and still have been unable to get 1 thing repaired. They are not full time rver friendly. Any loop hole not to honor their warranty. This is my second rv purchase. I’m a full time travel nurse , live in it year round. Buyer beware on the POS Jayco jay flight. The lifetime warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on! I’ve had this rv 5 months. Have replaced all the plumbing at my own expense . 3 days ago , a minor rain shower tore my 3000 dollar awning into a shred of twisted Steele. Due to the fact my awning would not roll in. Company is refusing to pay for it. Stating an act of nature. Yet 50 other rvs in my park are intact. A little spit cloud of rain should never do this. And had my awning functioned properly, I would not have this issue! Buyer beware! Your paying 40 thousand dollars for a piece of junk! Show less

Love everything about this RV. Very easy to pull. Lots of storage. Not to mention it’s pretty. However when we received it gas to refrigerator didn’t work and doors stuck. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Show less

My RV is just over a year old biggest price of crap I’ve ever wasted money on. Within 30 days had massive leaks on a slide out where the rubber gasket didn’t even touch the slide roof. Grey water tank fell out on the ground. All the LED lights have now been replaced. The black water tank sensors don’t work, the AC thermostat had failed, and now the hot water tank had a break in the weld and flooded the RV. The dealer we purchased this junk from has only responded once and made things worse. I have emailed Jayco directly and ignored. Customer service is non responsive and they just don’t care. They said they can’t make the dealer respond. What a joke! Do not buy from Jayco! Then I learn that RV’s are exempt from lemon laws! I’m still hiring a lawyer to see what if any rights I have.
