Bought in 2022 and sitting in a seasonal spot. Bed in bunkhouse caved in on my 5 year old granddaughter, injuring her. Next morning found the plastic table holders on each side only had 1 screw in each. After further looking, hinges on island also only had 1 screw in each. Dinette table feet were solid rust. Later that summer found the lower half of vanity face swelled due to water leak from water heater. (no washers in the hoses connected to water heater) Wall outside bathroom was also bowed due to not being squared up when installed. 2nd year - valve on water pump failed causing water to seap under camper bowing bottom of camper. Wiring on motor with kitchen push out failed costing me 557.00 for repair. Kitchen faucet is now leaking. Dealer has done as much as they have the authority to do. Corporate basically said "to bad, so sad" I will NOT be buying a Jayco again.

Watch out for Jayco! 1 week after my 2 year warranty expired I discovered that the large slide out had a significant sag in the roof. The unit comes with a 3-year structural warranty but Jayco won't stand behind their warranty. They told me slide outs are no considered "structural". There's nothing in the manual stating slide outs are excluded. Very disappointed after being a Forest River owner for over 10 years. I thought Jayco was a reputable manufacturer.
From the owners manual:
The term of this Limited Warranty is 3 years for substantial defects to any “Structure Components”. Structure Components means materials and/or workmanship directly attributable
to Jayco relating to the lamination of the fiberglass sidewall assembly, the lamination of the rear wall assembly, the lamination of the fiberglass front wall (wrap) assembly, sidewall/end
wall/front and rear wall frame assembly (wood and aluminum), roof frame assembly (wood and aluminum), and floor frame assembly (wood and aluminum).

Purchased a brand-new Jayco Jayflight33RBTs in March 2022. Trailer hauled great home. Layout is fantastic with bedroom with the door, nice sized bathroom, Island, 3 slide outs and a bunk room with a door which was what I was looking for.
Immediately noticed some poor interior workman ship including broken molding, bent molding, shower not sealed. Noticed soot outside water heater in April-May. Late May early June water heater went out completely. Had to take trailer back to dealer, water heater replaced. Got trailer home, cabinet cracked from moving trailer (about 12 miles on paved roads each way). July noticed air conditioner did not work. Had to take trailer back to dealer again to have air conditioner replaced. Move on to October, removed trailer off of shore power. Batteries will not charge. Poor experience at dealership with veiled threat from owner of dealership that if I do not remove better business Bureau review my "warrantee work" will not get any priority.
-I have talked to Jayco's customer service 2 times. No accountability for poor workman ship, no accountability for loss of use of trailer, cost to transport, cost to house myself during repairs. Will never purchase from their company or associated companies again. I make sure to share my poor experiences with anyone who asks about my trailer, living situation, experience. For a $55,000 trailer, it is a huge disappointment in workman ship, customer service and standing behind their product.

We bought a jayco because the sales manager said it was the best out there. Well they must all suck. Because we have had a continuous list of problems and several calls not returned and lack of follow up and service. First problem was outside kitchen door was twisted when we bought it, they fixed it once but still has problems. Shower leaks around the bottom of the glass looked closely at it and it was only caulked half way. They tried to fix it with white caulk (should have been clear) looked like a 3 year old did it. We refused to pick it up like that. They redid it sorta, I fixed it correctly later because I didnt want it to leak into the bedroom again. They had to rebuild the bed because the support rods were breaking the framing, they just added 2x2s to try and make it good and put 30 staples in the panel, which didnt hold. They are suppose to fix that again. A few trim pieces broken or cracked they did fix those. Outside kitchen drawer cracked still havent gotten a new one for us. The vent for the a/c doesnt line up with the ductwork, they still need to fix that. A d to top it off the main livingroom slide leaks when it rains now and they wont return our calls. Rv One Des Moines service is pathetic they just push them thru the door to make money.. very mad and would NEVER get a jayco again!!!
