We have had several issues with our 3 year old camper. A few during our warranty which were never resolved and several after the warranty. It's poorly made with cheap materials. Our countertops are loose and yellow stains have appeared on our laminate floor and countertops because of the cheap glue they used. Windows are thin, and not engineered to be driving without a window breaking. Decals have bubbled, cracked and peeled off. I would not buy a Jayco again. I have seen 25 year old campers ( other brands of course) in better shape than our 3 year old Jayco. Show less

Love the layout, kitchen is good quality. We’ve had the usual small defects that were easy to correct ourselves. Unfortunately after a 1 1/2 year of back and forth with jayco trying to get the slide repaired because it was not assembled correctly, they won’t honour their warranty. Even after I had a repair estimate done up that states work required to correct assembly defects, jayco still refuses to honour their warranty. Will spend an afternoon and a few hundred to repair it myself. Show less

Been in the shop for 9 months out of two and a half years Jayco cover the warranty AC is a piece of junk hot water heater don't work don't buy Jayco customer service is terrible call customer service numerous times they all say the same thing your s*** out of luck been in the shop nine months out of 2 and 1/2 years Show less

Refrigerator had to be repaired 3 times. Wasted an entire summer waiting to get it repaired. Perhaps used the furnace 15 times and that had to be repaired. The technician informed us that this is common on these units and it should have been a recall. Very poor customer service with Jayco Co. Would not recommend. Save your money and be sure and do research before purchasing a RV. The bedroom is not big enough, way to cramped. I hit my are on the side closet every night Show less

I can’t say enough about the Jayco brand and their campers. My husband owned several Jayco’s years ago so when we went to buy our first one together we did look at other brands but settled on Jayco. We never had one mechanical problem with either of our 2 units- and loved everything about our experiences in both campers. The amazing thing is how affordable they are compared to other brands. I felt like I was “home” in these campers and never wished I had something more . They come with everything you need. This particular size and configuration was perfect for myself, my husband and our 2 small dogs. We felt like we had a ton of room. We had guests on many occasions and they all complimented us on the camper and it’s amenities. Would highly recommend this size, style and brand! Show less
