The 24RL is poorly made. The refrigerator has never worked properly. All fittings have leaked. Under the bathroom sink, the trap is out of alignment in a way that getting a proper seal is not possible. It’s a constant leak no matter my approach in repair. The thermostat is crap- constantly flashing an E3 error. Service has help is to pull the fuse for a reset. THANKS FOR THE HELP!! The piece of crap stops mid cycle (heat) so I get up at night to pull a fuse for a half hour reset? BS.
Trim pieces fall off. I’ve had to rebuild drawers so they hold anything without the bottom falling out.
In short, JAYCO built crap in an effort to maximize profits and minimize weight. DONT BUY A JAYCO UNLESS YOU WANT A PROJECT!!

Queen size bed and a convertible dinette, sleeps a total of 4 people. Outdoor kitchen makes it convenient for getting a beverage outdoors without having to go inside, also offers additional storage space. Power awning provides nice shaded area.

We have the pop out bunks which are great for sleeping and listening to running rivers near by. There is lots of room, believe it or not. My only complaints are the mattresses needed a pad and we added solar covers over the bunks to reduce condensation and reduce over heating during the day. Else great camper!!!

Purchased this used in 2021 from single owner who purchased new in 2020 and only used 3 times and stored in their garage. Was excited to find ad wife liked the floor plan. We researched and thought we were buying a high quality RV. We were wrong as cabinet draws falling down on tracks due to lack of proper fastening holding tracks. Valences and curtain shades not properly fastened. Thetford toilet leaked at connection to black tank . When started to repair dropping the plastic corrugated underbelly cover was shocked to find that all wiring was laying loose on underbelly cover along with lots of food wrappers, screws, pieces of black plastic , loose water and propane lines. Heating duct work full of screws holes and tares from the under belly screws puncturing it when underbelly installed. Called Jayco about issues . Jayco was quick to let me know there was no warranty and I stated I knew that. Explained the findings in underbelly and sent photos. They had no comment and when asked for a wire diagram they stated they don’t have one and that they don’t know what wires go to what. There was a bare red wire exposed above the fresh water tank which was pinned between the frame and tank. They had no clue where it went. I disassembled and found it was just extra scrap wire someone most likely intentionally put there as there. When you pay over $40,0000 dollars for something you expect to receive a product that is safe, functional works and is of quality. Jayco bragging about their Amish workmanship a JOKE. Never buy a Jayco product unless you want lots of issues with workmanship and quality. Build quality is BAD!!!!!

The pull down beds on each end is a great idea but again poor quality and framing materials. The tent material is good quality but poor craftsmanship. Same with windows, the water heater, and most everything on the RV including the frame. Great design POOR QUALITY.

I waited two years before posting a review on our 2021 Jayco 16RK since buying new in July of 2021. We have camped over 75 nights in this trailer and towed it over 7500 miles.
This trailer has been outstanding. It is well made and has not had any issues. The propane regulator had to be replaced due to a recall but that has been it.
It is a small trailer and is extremely comfortable for my wife and I. We often camp for up to ten nights at a time and never feel cramped. The interior and exterior design is very nice.
Jayco's customer support has been very helpful in answering any of my questions or providing more detailed information and drawings.
The trailer is very easy to tow and is extremely stable at any speeds I have driven. I have taken it on many curved and steep mountain roads with no problems.
We love this trailer. I was very nervous about the quality of these things but so far it has exceeded all expectations.
Our Jayco experience has been very good.

This is our 3rd travel trailer, first Jayco. I am extremely disappointed in the JayFeather 24RL. First time we climbed into bed, the molding next the pillows fell off on both sides. Moldings are fasted only with tiny staples which pull out very easily. Some wiring in the underbelly was never hooked up from the factory. The AC will not even come close to cooling the camper if it's anywhere near the 90 degree mark and you're in the sun. Which is the case in Kansas most all of the 3 months of summer. So essentiallly forget summer camping. Replaced the original Furrion when it was 2 months old. The new one doesn't work any better than the old one. Dealers have told me they hear the same complaint from Jayco owners almost every day. Also since it has to run continually since it can't keep up with set point, then the coils freeze up, and pretty much shuts down any possible air movement. Slide out has leaked rainwater on 4 occasions in a hard rain. Right now it's in for warranty repairs, and it's going on 2 weeks just to get authorization from Indiana for repairs which by the dealer's own acknowledment should be covered under warranty. They submitted the request for authorization within 2 days and still have not received any word from Indiana. How would somebody in Indiana know better than the service man who is standing there looking at it, as to whether it needs repair under warranty or not? I would never again buy a Jayco camper. Terrible workmanship, inferior AC system, and nearly worthless warranty system. It does tow nicely after I spent an additonal $700 for a good Equalizer hitch which is not offered by Jayco. They only offer the cheaper brands.

I have owned it for two weeks now and hate it. Every time we use it, we find something else wrong with it. First the kitchen sink leaked. Slide out leaks from the roof and has already started separating the cheap particle board on the floor behind the recliners. Pours in through the window seal but it's clearly coming from the roof.
The A/C doesn't work. Just blows but never gets cool let alone cold.
The master bedroom is too small for the TALL bed. I'm 5'7 and have to CLIMB to get in. The shelves beside the bed are useless and you can't leave anything there and open the door. Not practical at all.
Even using the bathroom can be awkward with this shelf behind your head when standing at the mirror. The toilet seat is flimsy and shifts and folds when you sit. The trim is falling off the bunk bed edges after one use. The couch in the living room is not bolted to the floor properly and after pulling it out the first time, has detached and is now loose. The Insignia TV is cheap and has to be unplugged to restart often as it just randomly goes blank. Nicks and cracks in all the cabinetry upon delivery.
I absolutely HATE this RV and probably would never buy another Jayco after this experience (it's our second Jayco too...)
