We have use out trailer about 5 time since we got it and about 5 nights each trip. One problem is the door latch which I have tried to adjust several time. It works with some effort. Give the reviews on Camping Worlds service, I won't take it to them. NOW the BIGGER problem. The battery is an Electric World and it started smoking and overheating. I looked up the reviews on this battery and there were 7 reviews. One had 3 stars but after reading the review I felt he was over generous. The other 6 were one star with the same problem. I just added one more 1 star review. If you go to Camping World BEWARE. If you do buy a camper, make sure they don't use this cheap piece of horse poop. Show less

I've owned two 2019 jayco 265 rls and now jayco 262 rls this units set up is kinda rare i believe most are 30 amp service and a 13500 btu ac mine is a 50amp service with two 15000 btu ac's in it it tows great i like the 12 volt fridge its better then the propane/ eletric that was in my 2019 my 2025 has bigger fresh water tank on it power jack is nice my only complaint is no power fan in the bathroom other then that the unit is solid . We have owned travel trailers for 30 years. We travel across country yearly. We purchased jayco 22rk July 2025. We had a grand design 2500 rl which we enjoyed with dual entrance. We did not like the scwintek slide (hung up three times). Jayco 22rk is very similar floor plan and is great two person camper. Has a separate bedroom and bath room. It is small and light enough that it is easy to tow. Also has rack and pinion slide that can be retracted manually if need be. I am 6’-4” and am comfortable. It is relatively inexpensive compared to a lot of trailers out there. We find that it meets our needs. We brought trailer in to have seals on slide repaired. Green compass Silsbee Texas fixed under warranty. Have been very pleased with that locations service. Show less

This RV was perfect for my family! Lots of space, flexibiilty in use, and plenty of cooking, dining, hanging out, and sleeping space! I didn't give the support a 5 only because I didn't experience it, but it said I had to rate it - N//A was not an option. Show less

We received our RV new in June 2020. Shortly, after the slide out on curbside leaked. Our dealer repaired it; however, the leaking has continued on that slide out and also on the slide on the opposing side. The dealers repair technicians and an independent technician it is caused by a Jayco design flaw and because they have cut back on the material to make the slide waterproof to save money. We have contacted Jayco and they refuse to help us fix this issue. I cannot recommend the purchase of Jayco products. Show less

BUYER BEWARE! Jayco customer care is non-existent. Purchased 2022 264BH Jay Flight SLX new and one month after my 2-year warranty expired noticed front wall was soft. Took unit to I-70 RV Center (Jayco Dealer) where purchased and staff there could not figure out where water was getting in. Warranty claim was submitted as all parties agreed that water had been getting in undetected well before the warranty had expired. Also, since this appeared to be a possible structural issue there was potential for this to be covered under the 3-year structural warranty. Dealer offered estimate of $4300 to tear down unit to figure out where water was getting in as part of the claim process. Warranty DECLINED and after escalating to further make case of defective manufacturing issue again case was declined with not offer of resolution. All seams were looked at by myself and technical staff at dealer and no issue was found, however after sending requested photos to claim agent they picked apart photos and indicated the seals should have been all redone every 6 months per owner’s manual. Jayco stance is that regardless if the seals show no voids, cracking or separation I am to re-caulk the entire unit every 6 months. I took good care and inspected unit regularly, parked under canopy most of the time and saw no evidence requiring redoing any seals. Also, the large Jayco front decal peeled off the first year we had the unit. It is apparent that Jayco uses inferior construction products to cheapen the build and then hides behind clauses carefully crafted in their manual to get out of standing behind their product. Do not waste your hard-earned dollars on an inferior product. Research whom owns Jayco as issues maybe wide spread with sister companies. Show less

I've owned this RV for a little over two months now and so far I am very pleased my selection. It has everything i was looking for and I feel like it was a good value for the money. I really like the layout and floorplan with the bunkhouse. I definitely would recommend! Show less

It's been a great travel trailer for two. pulls nicely with a 1500 truck. Loads of great storag. Jayco has been good with some warranty items and not so good on others, especially the roof. I bought a Jayco with the notion of the best roof warranty in the business so you would think it's well connected. There is many areas where the TPO roof is not glues down, much debris and staples in the verge of poking through. Jayco would not honor the poor workmanship. Thay say it's will only be warranty if deffecive. Well that means a leak, but the warranty does not honor water leaks. So they will do a new roof but your on the hook to have all the water damage repaired from the faulty roof.... Head scratcher. Show less

The roof has loose decking boards and protruding fasteners and Jayco refuses to fix the problems. Their 2/3 year warranty is worthless unless they will honor it. I can not recommend Jayco. The Jayco dealer in Tulsa Oklahoma has been trying to get Jayco to honor their warranty to no success. Show less

This TT was great as an entry level trailer. My 2017 silverado 1500 towed it with ease. The living space is comfortable, albeit, a bit tight around the kitchen/dinette, which is to be expected with no slide outs. Overall this trailer deserves 5 stars for the Floorplan. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and everyone was able to find their own comfortable spots in this trailer. If you're looking to get into travel trailers and don't want to break the bank, this is the one to go with. Show less
