We bought this trailer new from the dealer, have used it maybe 12 times in two years and not over 1000 miles. For starters the first trip the fridge didn't work wouldn't get cold and the cabinet door is cracked and tv along with awning lights didn't work. Took it to Camper world had it 3 months ok repaired except the cabinet door. Took it back on Halloween 2021 for a regulator recall and now 3 cabinet doors are coming apart and refer still not staying cold. Called in April of 2022 still waiting on cabinet door picked it up used on 3 day trip light in pantry light not working. I replaced sensor not waiting again. Used this week 2 blocks from home holding tank for the rear kitchen sink falls off going down the road dragging the plastic cardboard underlayment (tank was empty) picked tank out of road, went on to campground. Called Broadmoor RV in Tri-cities Washington where we bought it NEW and was told warranty was up 3 months ago.... Never again we bought this thinking we were buying quality not so much... My dad was a Jayco dealer in Spokane Wash in the 70's and 80's we never had so many issues and they stood behind their product...

I am not one to leave reviews however this specific camper has been an absolute nightmare. Sure, it's pretty. I have all the bells and whistles warranty which has been to date useless. Jayco warranty has likewise been an absolute joke. I have owned this camper for less than 5 weeks. Here is a list of our problems that I know of, to date. 1) first, we will start with whats clear to the bare eye: after our first trip down the road the trim is loose or have fallen off completely, the wall panels are bowing out and unattached to the walls, there is a bulge on the floor in between the kitchen island and stove, the shower pins in the surround are loose and not attached to the shower base, there is a moderate squeak when walking into the second bedroom. 2) during first transit we lost a wheel. It completely broke off and we couldn't apply a spare because there was literally nothing to attach it to. We utilized the roadside assistance of which NO company would work with the warranty to tow. In turn we paid $560 out of pocket to the closest repair shop. Calls were placed to warranty first, of whom refused to pay and deferred to Jayco. Jayco then refused to pay stating it was because the torque was to tight on the wheel (repair shop informed us the torque was to tight on all the wheels, not just the one that broke) and then deferred to our dealership. Dealership deferred back to the warranty. So, another $1000 out of our personal pockets got us back on the road. 3) Once we arrived at our first campground for vacation and set up (we were level by the way) the refrigerator did not work. So here goes another $500 for a service call and no fridge for 10 days! I gave all of our food away because it would have gone bad otherwise. Oh, not to mention there was a steady drip of water coming from the underside of the camper. My husband was able to fix that as the pipes were on so loose he was sprayed with force in the face when he removed the panel in the exterior storage...but hey a little water damage gives character right?! 4) Now, we just finished another trip and set up and the main AC unit doesn't turn on....so 100 degrees outside and travels with a baby and we have no AC in main cabin of camper. Jayco is off for the weekend but I am sure it's something we did....so they can make us pay for it ourselves and not reimburse. In retrospect, we were better off with our 2003 camper. It had less problems than this one by far. The craftsmanship and quality of this camper is 0/10 and the customer service and Jayco's effort to make things right is beyond subpar. I would never recommend anyone purchase from Jayco at this point. I bout a $70,000 polished up piece of trash.
