I bought my Eagle HT last summer and have been extremely happy with it. The layout is fantastic if you are traveling alone or with others in a group because the U-shaped seating can comfortably fit all six of us which is different than a lot of 4-person booths. I have 2 inflatable paddle boards that I don’t have to deflate because the pass through storage is very large. In addition to the large pass through storage, there are multiple storage areas under the dining area and the pantry. The tank light indicators are right near the front door so it’s very easy to keep an eye on your tank levels. The bathroom is soooooo nice. The shower is substantially wider than other 5th wheels or motorhome which is great if you don’t want to feel claustrophobic. The flash hot water heater was decadent after hiking in Yosemite all day. I have travelled in the brutal heat of summer as well as the high desert cold of this past winter and the climate control is wonderful. The entire rig cools off and heats up so fast. I haven’t used the entertainment functions as much as I thought I would but it’s nice to know I can watch movies or listen to music if I wanted to do so in comfortable recliners. I DID have an issue with the oven lighter and there was some leftover insulation in my pipes that had to be taken care of at the dealership, but it was fixed pretty fast. The leveling system remembered where it was when you unhitch so that it’s really easy to just hit the button to bring it back where it was when it’s time to leave. So far I haven’t had any issues with the hitching itself, but I did have to learn how tension can make it difficult to pull the handle to unhitch, but I’m also a 52 year old woman who travels solo so perhaps strength is an issue? I have been able to figure it out. Overall I am really happy with it.

We bought our camper (5) years ago so we could go camping and travel to cook-offs to meet up with our friends. We looked at the Jayco brand - we really liked the floor plan we picked. We started to notice the material the couch and the recliners were covered in was started to crack and peel - it was the Stacy Stewart collection. I was pretty much passed off when I called and was told I would need to contact The Lippert Co. whom I'm guessing manufactured these items for Jayco. We were told there was only a (1) year warranty on those items. This past weekend (April 24-25), we took the camper and the finish is totally falling off in slivers. When we picked this camper, we were told by the seller in Houston that it was one of the most dependable and durable campers out there, so I also expected that to be true of the interior. As we are both still working and planned to be using this camper more when we retire, I have no reason to believe this camper is durable inside and outside. This camper is kept under cover and this is only the (5th) time we have used it for a grand total of (25) days. The children are all grown and have families of their own - so it's not as if the camper is being subjected to excessive wear and tear - not to mention we are not staying in the camper around the clock. We're pretty much in it to shower and sleep at night. So in my opinion, the quality of the interior sofa and recliners is non-existent and we will be responsible for the lack of quality in these items even though we were told over and over again about the sound quality of the Jayco product. We were not advised at the time of purchase that other companies could be responsible for subsequent warranties.

We were in Arizona this summer and I noticed some wrinkles along the sides of the roof membrane. I called Jayco and explained what I saw and that by the time I got back to South Carolina to let someone look at it, my warranty would be expired. They extended my warranty on the spot and did fully cover a new roof membrane that was installed in August.

We decided to purchase a Jayco versus other brands due to prior recommendations from others. We have been very happy until our bracket holding our awning started coming out of the side. We spent $400.00 to have it repaired. The RV service department said it was not connected to anything but the siding. No reimbursement from Jayco. Just want to let people know about this poor quality workmanship in case others experience the same.

Screws going through side walls with no caulk or sealant leaking... 4.Screws holding the drip edge on were drywall screws, no caulking or sealant coving them so water will get in... I was at the Tampa RV Show and spoke with the Eastern Reginal Sales Manager Martin Seneca sent him pictures and when he found out I was a second owner there was no more contact other than to tell me the warranty isn't transferable...

Our Eagle was a complete Home Run for our family. We have used the camper for 100 trips in 10 years. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and I used it on every trip, I live in Colorado and purchased it new from a dealer. It is still in great shape and as our children grew we loved the features of the bunk house and the kitchen with the pantry island gave us enough storage for all our meal even when we went for extended trips to Yellowstone or North Dakota. This trailer has held up wonderfully and is still is excellent condition. We have maintained it well and have done very few repairs. It has held up great even though we got this when our kids were very young. We spent all our weekends out in the mountains or at dog shows all around the western US. I really don't have an idea of the miles I have pulled this but it pulled great all the time and I believe we are on our 3rd set of tires. Probably close to 40000 miles. I would tell you that Jayco puts together a very reliable comfortable and beautiful camper, if your looking at an Eagle the quality is unequaled. Buy it!
