Well one year ago 2021 we had a problem with the furnace - no heat! We couldn’t move it as the slides wouldn’t move. It was cold in Texas so we sought help. The furnace was removed so we lost our warranty. We had no choice as it was cold; example: bathroom faucet froze and gushed water. So we didn’t have water until the faucet was replaced (at our expense). We finally had someone that was able to get the slides in. We took it in and stayed in a hotel! December 2022, same problem with the furnace. I could not recommend this product as there are more issue that I won’t address but it seems to be it should be a better product.

The Jayco Eagle HT 30.5 CKTS has been problematic since date of purchases in July, 2021. The primary issue as supported by the examples below is that this unit was not properly manufactured and did not go through a quality control check prior to leaving the factory. Manufacturer support is nonexistent. 1. Manual - The Manual instructs the owner to download Lippert One Control as the app to control the RV's functions. This is incorrect. The correct phone app to download is Jaycommand. Other misprints appear throughout the manual as supported by our attempt to follow the guidelines which have proven to be wrong. 2. Refrigerator - Condensation between freezer doors. Recently learned that it is not properly vented. This could be applicable to all early builds of the 30.5 CKTS. 3. Auto Levelers - After 4 new circuit boards, auto levelers finally work. HOWEVER, only operable by using the Jaycommand app. When camping where phone service is not available, the auto levelers cannot be used. Also, the auto Levelers are not part of the main control panel inside trailer. 4. Main Control Panel - Have had the circuit board replaced. Water tanks were not registering. 5. Doors - Unable to use deadbolt. Door was improperly installed. Other hatches have also had alignment issues. 6. A/C - Only blows air out right vent. Left vent not working. Also has problems with the air circulation. List goes on. We have owned Jayco products in the past. Had always been good quality. Will most likely not purchase another Jayco product. Looking to sell this one.

We bought this 2015 camper used in November 2020 and have been out in the camper three times for a total of four weeks. All items: two A/Cs, tanks, water heater, Jack's, levelers, and all appliances have worked flawlessly. Easy to tow fifth wheel and just over 30ft. Long and less than 13ft outside height. A great layout for us with a rear kitchen and particularly the bathroom and the bedroom sizes are great. Though it sleeps four I feel it's a great size for a couple at 30ft. It came with some extras; bedroom a/c, power jacks, power levelers, table and chairs, and bedroom TV. The only issue with the camper is the loveseat faux leather is peeling away. Overall it is a very good camper for us.

We have owned ours for only a few months and I am disgusted with it, it’s in the shop every time we use it, from defective and shoddy construction the horrible and non working electronics, camping should be a relaxing process but this awful thing makes me Dred even going, so at this very moment I am stuck in a campground with non function slide and awning wonder if we should call a repairman or drag this piece of crap back to the dealer, it’s a $50.000 joke and you will regret ever buying a jayco, it’s so bad I’m recommending my wife call her lawyer and see if there is some kind of lemon law for this situation.
