Our purchased brand new Jayco 5th wheel has been in for warranty work for a combined total of 14 months out of the 23 months we’ve owned it. Our purchased brand new Jayco 5th wheel has been in for warranty work for a combined total of 14 months out of the 23 months we’ve owned it. It is still waiting for more repairs and warranty is up in less than a month. Jayco doesn’t care. They refuse to extend warranty, refuse to replace trailer. We have a $100,000.00 driveway decoration that we cannot (and have not) use. Stay away from Jayco, the company does not stand behind its products and thinks it’s reasonable that they sold us something we have not been able to use.

I have wintered in this unit and it is by far one of the best experiences... easy to heat and maintain! Hot Water Tank is sufficient as well as Furnace.
