Was big believer in Jayco brand trailer and bought my third new one and have owned several new ones. Received a questionnaire from Jayco after purchase and listed all the faults and changes to the design that I didn’t like. They never responded. Have had warantee problems with things that have not worked in first year and dealer has failed to fix. Cheap things like the clock and the control for heat and air conditioning do not work and am told they were not made by Jayco and can not be fixed by warantee. Jayco used to be a quality RV Manufacturer. The quality of this brand new eagle fifth wheel is absolutely horrible. I have have had nothing but repeated issues with this camper, from electrical to plumbing, to Jay command. I have spent numerous days fixing this camper instead of enjoying my vacations. Just a complete piece of junk. This has been my first and last Jayco. Show less

So many problems do not want to list. Jayco does not stand behind their products. While waiting for Jayco to finish doing everything they can to deny warranty work we repeatedly lost time we could use our fifth wheel. We paid tens of thousands of dollars to own a camper that spends weeks and months waiting on or getting repairs. We have had to cancel multiple trips with friends due to repeated issues. Most of the time we can only tell we have a camper because we no longer have the money we wasted on purchasing a defective unit. Enjoying our camper is becoming a distant memory of when we owned a Cougar for 8 years that we could actually use. Show less

Four months old and too many problems to name . It’s been in shop for three months . I would not recommend anyone buy a Jayco because you will be stuck they will not make it right. And the expensive warranty they sell you is a waste. Show less

My wife and I are very happy with our 2022 jayco eagle 317 rlok. We had a few thing that needed attention. They were taken care without delay. We are traveling out west from northwest IN and the trailer pulls well, lots of storage. The trim on inside is very good. Way better the many that we looked at. We would buy another jayco . The trailer is in excellent conditioner light colors and large windows with lots of light coming in. Love the island with the sink in the island. 4 burner stove with oven and microwave above stove. Lots and lots of storage. Show less

2019 Jayco 317RLOK in farmhouse white has been a great 5th wheel. Very comfortable floor plan. Dual awnings, Outdoor kitchen with Tv make it very nice outside. MorRyde hitch pin make towing a pleasure. Large Tv with surround sound and fireplace make nights relaxing. We are only selling to down size. This unit is ready for your enjoyment. Show less

This is a perfect live full time or take trips RV. Spacious. Great layout. Fireplace to take the chill off saving propane furnace use. Good size pantry. Tons of storage. Outside kitchen with fridge. 3 TVs. 2 of them Samsung smart TVs. Huge basement storage and front storage compartments. Slide toppers to reduce wear and eliminate cleaning before bringing slides in. All new 2in faux blinds brighten up the interior. All cabinets lined with reflectix insulation. Auto leveling system. Sanicon maserating dump tank system. Can't say anything bad about this camper. We absolutely love this unit. I can't imagine a better floor plan for us. Everything about this campers it thought through. The fit and finish are great. Everything is solid. We love the ducted air systems. I can't say enough great things about this camper. Of course, it helps to have a great dealer also. Every camper I have ever owned needed some service work and as with any brand new camper there were a couple of trips back to the dealer for occasional repair. Fatheads Rapids RV in Wi Rapids, Wi have been awesome. They worked directly with the factory to work out a couple of bugs with one of the mechanical slide systems. It is all great now! Show less

Loved the layout of the 5th wheel and thought the quality was among the top, but after less than 2 years have a couple delamination spots. Contacted Jayco and was told to take to dealership where purchased, RV One in Tampa. BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE! They could not see me till this week (5 month wait) now Jayco and dealer say warranty out as now over 2 years old but earliest appt was 5 months later. Warranty manager swore at me for asking why isn't this covered and told me to leave..... Now Jayco says I have to call him back???? They don't even have a body shop... After sale service is non existent!! Show less
