The Jayco Greyhawk 27U has been an excellent Class-C RV. I can't comment on warranty support, since we have had no problems with it! A key selling point for my wife and I was the King-Size bed and the overall floor plan. It's great to simply pull over at any time to grab a snack or take a quick break on a long trip. Set-up is quick, with the automatic leveling system. We created a custom sewn quilted drape with Velcro to separate the living area from the drivers area. This reduces the road noise significantly, making for a quiet ride and easy conversation. When the weather is cold, this drape also reduces heat loss from the windshield. Of course, it's easily removed in the daytime when camping. Ours is a pre-Covid model, so the build quality has been good. Show less

We purchased the Jayco Greyhawk 27U in 2020. Our model was manufactured before the Covid quality issues began. Our experience has been 100% positive and we have had no need for any warranty or factory support. Having a king-size bed adds a dimension of comfort that is rare in an RV. I expected that driving an E-450 truck would be a challenge, but with the J-Plus suspension, it rides very smooth and handles well. The tow mode makes mountain driving easy. I work remotely and carry a mast with high-gain cellular antenna that allows me to have my video meetings for "almost" anywhere. We tow a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with a bike rack that carries two e-bikes and have been real happy with this RV. Show less

We love this RV. We traveled to Maine, Texas, Florida and Colorado with it. It is large enough to be comfortable enough to live in for a few months but small enough to drive in cities and highways without problems. I like the separate bath and bedroom, I can relax and read while my husband watches tv. Show less

Had for 3 and 1/2 years, 28,950 miles. Smoother, quieter, slightly better mileage than previous V10 2 value, and more legroom than Ford. Handles very well, no major issues. Just small trim annoyances. Show less

RV is in like new condition, i would recommend this Motorhome to anyone looking for a fun way to travel and get away from the big city lights. My family has enjoyed it and will continue to be a part of the RV family. Show less

Poor warranty service. Unable or unwilling to replace broken radio/dvd/gps unit. Told to accept less features or live with partially working unit in RV. If they can't handle small claim, what would they do with a large one. Remember they are part of THOR, so avoid all of their brands if you want service!!! Show less

Bought this rv with 3k miles...has been a pleasure to own and use.... added many options such 4k smart tv for streaming, directv for living room and bedroom, enjoyed residential fridge with ice maker and water/ice in door, tankless hot water heater gave endless hot water which is a big plus in a rv, buying a condo and need to exchange for purchase Show less

This rv was perfect for our family of five. Small enough to make driving it a breeze but large enough that we were all comfortable while sleeping, eating or just relaxing. The convertible table bed was easy to use and the U-shaped designs was perfect to fit us all. There is plenty of storage space for all our things and we even could bring along our dog. We flat towed a jeep and there were no problems! Show less

We would not recommend the 2021 Jayco Greyhawk we purchased for the poor quality of assembly of the unit. This includes multiple brackets that were not attached, ground wires present, but not attached, shades that fell off while driving etc. Failure of components (Velvac mirrors, toilet valve that leaked, wiring related to Norcold fridge. I had to make many repairs myself because as we discovered the Jayco warranty is a farce, the inconvenience of taking the unit to the dealer and the blame they all put component vendors. There dealers are good at the sales process however provide poor customer support and do not stand behind making the customers happy. If you buy one I hope your hand and can make most repairs as I have. Additionally make sure you have a Ford dealer in your area that will cover Ford repairs for RVs, most do not. We had to make a 600 mile round trip to have a recall taken care of. Show less

We absolutely love this floor plan and the Modern Farmhouse interior. There's tons of storage inside, and tons below deck too. Then there's the outside kitchen which is awesome. But, along with the typical shakedown quality stuff, we've had significant drivability issues. First issue was our first time towing with it this past spring, it went into limp mode and traction control lights came on, turned the rig off and let it reset and it was fine for another 25 miles and it did it once more, then it was fine for the rest of the trip. Couple more trips this summer, towing the boat and passes no issues, but now I was prepared with a code reader to understand what was happening- if it happened again. In August, packing up for Labor day weekend, I fired it up and it was only running on 6 cylinders. Reader said P0300, P0303, and P0308 misfire codes. Called around to Ford dealers nearby, but none of them will see a Class A. Ordered new wires and plugs for #3, and #8 cylinders and replaced them. Back to running correctly, but I also had codes for Rear Window overtemp and Rear Window Sensor Feedback that I could not figure out. The trip went ok and we didn't have any issues, took it real easy and let it idle to stabilize temps like a turbo motor before shutting it down in attempt to not fail any more wires. Then there's our last trip for Thanksgiving. Wednesday morning the chassis battery is dead. Get it going with the house batteries- nice feature! But we have codes again, like the first time. Reduced throttle, TCS the works. Now we have P2127-Throttle position voltage errors. We can clear the codes and go about 10 miles before having to pull over and reset. Cut the trip short to get home and added more misfire codes too, but after about a dozen times plugging into the OBDII port, it broke and I can't read anymore codes. It's now home, and our Dealer, Valley RV in Kent, WA , Jayco, and Ford won't help until I can find a Ford Dealer who will give us an appointment. Show less
