2020 Jayco 5th Wheel reviews

We decided to purchase a Jayco versus other brands due to prior recommendations from others. We have been very happy until our bracket holding our awning started coming out of the side. We spent $400.00 to have it repaired. The RV service department said it was not connected to anything but the siding. No reimbursement from Jayco. Just want to let people know about this poor quality workmanship in case others experience the same. Show less

The North Point is an exceptional fifth wheel. We have not had any issues with the RV as the first owner. No need for warranty work and the quality is excellent. Tons of room for family trips or parking for extended stays . Great basement storage and large storage options inside as well. The 6 point leveling system makes setting up a breeze. Show less

This RV has been very enjoyable. The floor plan makes for a very livable unit for extended periods of time. The large bathroom with dual vanities works well for both getting ready in the morning. The unit has tons of storage. There is also an abundance of lighting options. The dual awnings gives you plenty of cover and shade. The reclining chairs have heat, massage and light features. Every thing a person needs to vacation and relax in style is found in this unit. Show less

If I could give Jayco - the company - 0 stars I would. Jayco does not know the meaning of customer service. My 5th wheel has been in the shop since July 2019, longer than it has been with me and during the pandemic, it took them over 6 months to get parts out to my dealer! You would think that after 2 years of me “owning” it, that they’d have the decency to pay the dealer to fix the LED lights that should have been working all along but were never connected at their factory! But no, I was told over and over by the very rude “customer service” person that my rig was out of warranty. Extend the freaking warranty as you couldn’t do anything during the pandemic anyway…so not logical and downright poor business judgment! This will be my last Jayco I will ever own based on their lack of service for the lemon THEY sent from their factory and now refuse to make right. Show less

Not a bad camper new but don't expect anything from Jayco after on 2.5 yrs the node went out took it to a local dealer and then the troubles started dealer was very nice and kept me informed but the cooperation from Jayco sucked a big one the node is the whole brains in these campers and shouldn't be going out this soon and Jayco just blew us off as well shit happens never will own another Jayco because thirr customer service it's by far the worst we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Yes I'm writing this review because Jacob is not on their warranties and their backstabbers I bought a 2020 North Pine things were really good until we were having problems with the refrigerator it kept freezing on the bottom so they replaced it now this was a year and a half that we fought him I threw away over $10,000 worth of diet food that I had to use then they tried to put the blame on Norco and then Norco says that they only guarantee it for a year when I have all this problem so I'll talk Jacob and Norco can take your trailer and the refrigerator and shovel I had to go out and buy my own refrigerator and then the dealership wanted to charge me to put it in but I thought no I need to get a hold of the vehicle so I still haven't heard anything bad about him but anybody buying ajayco fifth wheel should really think about it because they don't matter to your warranty unless it's little stuff Jacob is about the worthless thing I've ever seen and when we get rid of this one Jacob will never I will never recommend anybody to the dealer or to Jayco for another trailer Show less

The Jayco Pinnacle 37MDSQ is a mid bunk house layout that is very spacious and has plenty of room for a family of 5 with 2 dogs. The quality and livability has been great and the storage is very spacious. There is even room to sleep additional guests when kids have friends over. It has been the perfect model for us. Show less

This has been a fabulous rig for our family. We have been especially happy with the outdoor kitchen and entertainment center. We downsized from a Class A pusher upon our retirement, and are now looking to upgrade back to a pusher to become snowbirds! No complaints or issues with this 5th wheel at all. Show less

Bought brand new from a local dealer. Have had some issues but the service and support from both the dealer and Jayco has been second to none. I've looked at other manufactures, I think Jayco build is much better. When you purchase a camper, these campers are basically hand built with many components. The warranty that Jayco offers is one of the best. Show less

Very luxurious and comfortable. Feels like home away from home! Love the amenities , quality, lighting, handling while towing. Self leveling makes it easy when at camp site. The technology of instrumentation is incredible. The master bath is very roomy, especially the shower. Show less
