Great floor plan. Hitch is not user friendly. Craftsmanship and quality is sorry. The A/C system is not sufficient in the south. The stairs going into the trailer is a great idea and sorry quality. The pull down beds on each end is a great idea but again poor quality and framing materials. The tent material is good quality but poor craftsmanship. Same with windows, the water heater, and most everything on the RV including the frame. Great design POOR QUALITY.

Jayco brand loyalty customers for over 35 years. . .UNTIL NOW! Purchased a new Jay Feather 22RB in November 2019, prior to Covid shutdowns thru 2020. This rig has hardly been used (maybe 10 times with less than 500 road miles) but has had a LOT of repairs, recalls, and major item replacements. Most of these issues arose during our warranty periods, BUT each service visit took extremely long periods of time (months) to complete. We have had to replace the electrical circuit board to the furnace, the electric jack, the entire entry door and trims twice (and service neglected to replace exterior decals), replace and fix interior shower components, shower sliding door, gas connections, step down regulator, and there was a 6 month period where we were not able to use our gas stove due to a manufacturer safety recall and no replacement parts. Presently, after one use in April 2023, the slide out is out of alignment, and apparently a key gasket was never installed to stop road water from entering the rig. Additionally, the A/C quit working on our last outing August 2022. Needless to say, other than the toilet and refrigerator, there's not much left to replace, repair, or recall! Hopefully I didn't just jinx us!!! Our advice, DON'T purchase a Jayco unless you don't mind having it out of service more than in recreational use. For whatever reasons, Jayco's quality control, install of low-quality products, and "we don't care" customer service, are well below the industry standards we have relied on for the past 35 years. Total disappointment. No longer a brand loyalty customer.

Third time we took the trailer out for a week camping trip the refrigerator quit working. We called Jayco to see if they would cover replacement as it was over $2500. They said they’ve had issues with the refrigerator ammonia evaporating and it stops working but because it’s a 2019 they will not cover it. Keep in mind we did not use it in 2020 or 2021 due to Covid so this was really only the first year it had been used. Buyer beware the refrigerators have issues and do not last, Jayco is aware of the issues and will not stand behind them.

This RV was perfect for us, as we were new to RV camping. We love the layout, with its king size bed, as well as bunk beds, so there is room for the whole family. It's size is perfect for easy parking and lightweight hauling, yet the king size bed slide-out enables us to have lots of room in the living quarters. For a 24 foot trailer, the bathroom is good-sized, and the dinette and couch make for comfortable living. The easy to clean, stylish counters in the kitchen and bathroom are a dream to keep clean. The windows are large for a smaller trailer allowing for plenty of airflow, as well as providing plenty of viewing of the outside. With lots of amenities and storage, this is a great model for those who want to keep things easy, yet comfortable! There's even room to stash your bikes during transport!

This camper was GREAT for the first year, and then 1 by one things started falling apart. The circuit board for the heater went out at about 14 months, after being used for 3 trios. Then, as soon as we picked it up from the repair, the paneling on the fridge fell off, and one of the closet doors fell off, literally the same day. We enjoyed the camper for another 1/2 season and put it in winter storage. Now, we take it out for the first trip of the season, everything worked during pre-check, and surprise, the heater doesn't work AGAIN. Called camping world and the service tech said, "Oh a Jayco, yeah, those circut boards go out all the time." So I am now taking it back in for service for the 2nd time in 3 years. Thanks for knowingly using substandard parts Jayco.

Own a 2019 bungalow , overall quality control is if'y . The biggest problem right now is the 4x4 and 2x4 dual pane LCI window's,5 windows have been replaced over the past two years because they fog up between the panes, now I have a replaced 4x4 widow (the first window replaced) fogging up and jayco does not want to help because the unit is out of warranty and i need to call LCI for a replacement. OK called lci and after giving them what they need i got approved for a replacement but won't pay for labor to install it. (by the way lci knows they have a window problem). I wrote to jayco again asking them to get the labor cost from lci sense there shipping out bad product to jayco and probably other manufacturers (Waiting to hear back from jayco). I guess its buyer beware !!! And jayco should be there for us after the 2 year warranty is over. they buy stuff from lci and shouldn't pay for it including labor, they need to help there customers.

We traded our Rockwood Roo hybrid in on the Jayco Jayflight 29RKS, at Camping World, Springfield, Mo., early this year. Have used the Jayflight multiple times since, and are very pleased with it. I have installed an electric fireplace in the base of the stereo cabinet, and it really finished off the living area, as well as cutting propane use way down. The trailer tows much better than the Roo ever did, we get about the same gas mileage towing with our 2018 Tundra, and the Jayco fits our needs perfectly. Yes, there are knit-picky little things I have "customized", but overall, we are way more pleased with this trailer than the Roo, and we liked the Roo a lot! We did have one of the two air conditioners act up, but, fortunately, we have the Camping World warranty, so the repair guy came out and replaced it within a couple of hours at no cost to us. Bottom line - we very are happy with our decision, and we look forward to a lot more opportunities to hit-the-road!

Unlike the previous two reviews we have had no troubles of any kind. For sure when you spend in this price range you will find cheaper materials and construction, but We have found that everything works well, it is comfortable, plenty of space for the two of us and trailers well. I originally pulled it with my 4Runner and it had no trouble pulling over 11,000 foot passes. We looked at other campers in this price range and didn't find any that had the features and comfort level of this one. Again, in 15 months of use and 9500 miles we have not had a single problem.YMMV
