Micro/Convection oven is a treat, it allows more space available that having both a Microwave and oven. Has a 30 lb propane tank, solar connection, and 30 gallon water tank. With these and the off road capability of the Baja edition you can take it anywhere and just boon-dock. Out door shower and a ten foot canopy and you're on your way. Sleeps four and has a queen sized memory foam mattress. There is also an exterior propane connection for a gas grill.

Not really a fan of auto awning but do rope and ancher when open at roller arm. And also use a rope across awning and tie down to keep awning from flapping in the wind. refrigerator a lot of storage more the the one we had in a 5th wheel. Window over kitchen sink solid doesn't open . We do mainly State Parks .

We have a family of seven and three dogs. We were looking for a easy to pull yet "camping" like trailer and this hybrid hit all the stars. We have the pop out bunks which are great for sleeping and listening to running rivers near by. There is lots of room, believe it or not. My only complaints are the mattresses needed a pad and we added solar covers over the bunks to reduce condensation and reduce over heating during the day. Else great camper!!!

Had the rv for over 5 years. Most of the experience was great! Problems first: IRV electronics AM/FM/BT broke, but replaced with a cheap Kenwood and actually wired it. The original mattress was like sleeping on pounded sand, so replaced it with an 8" Cool Gel and much better. Typical screws, doors, windows, slides, and my bed support needed fixing. Overall, the AC 13.5 worked great, the furnace was noisy but kept me warm, the Frig worked fair unless the propane got low and the pilot light would go out. People would comment on my Baja height, which I could put the generator, Beer cooler, and other stuff underneath. After all my use, I sold it for more than I bought it. It was that in demand.

Said we don't install batteries, but all units require a battery. I believe this could be a definite safety issue not to mention an operating issue. How long does it take to install a permanent battery platform?

The rear kitchen makes is really nice when you're eating outside and you need to go in and out of the kitchen for items when setting up or cooking. The kitchen's right there at the door. Dinette is in a great place and easy to use. You can just slide the table around as needed. There's enough storage for the basics and its easy t keep clean.

2017 jayco feather 7. Model 23rd. One slide on side , none on front or rear. Pros Safety,. The series 7 is 7 ft wide. 12 inches narrower than most campers. This gives you huge advantage in narrow roads, parking ,road construction . And parking beside a garage if your property line is close. With half ton pick up, 2005 Silverado 5.3 enjine.I used equalizer hitch, but not needed. I pull 10000 miles per year. .instead of EQ hitch ,I went with air bag by Firestone, $400 In heavy traffic it handles(pulls) like a sports car. Light weight, easy pull with any wind. When semies are fighting wind mine stays stable. Ground clearance is nice, can pull in any gas station without a worry. Decent enough looking camper. Cons, 7 ft wide and tall, needs to be quite level during camp, the rain run off can hit just above storage area if not to level. Is a lower cost lightweight, inside looks excellent, dining booth is small, not the greatest for long legs. Factory interior lights need replacement after a few years $5 each. Some had electric pin connection behind furnace, could make clicking sound.easy fix. Factory bed good for about 12 months then sags. Overall a good enough trailer, not having duel pane windows or porcelain bathroom fixtures but most don't have these anyways.

Nice overall. We bought it a couple of years ago because it was the only one on the Lot I could stand up in. Unfortunately, while Jayco made it tall enough for someone 6'5", they forgot to take that into consideration when they put a SHORT Queen in the bedroom. So I have to scrunch up every night to try to sleep. Last year in Az, the slide out blew up. Went BANG! and the wood facing/paneling on the inside separated, pulled away from the slide out, so now we can't put the slide out all the way out. This year, we have had one water leak after another around fittings. Fixed one last fall only to have another one start spraying a couple of months later. They just used somekind of crimped banding and apparently over time it loses it's spring and starts leaking. (We always use a pressure regulator so it shouldn't be getting over pressurized.) Jayco did not use standard pex or fittings so everything has to be custom made. Can't just go to the hardware store and pick up new fittings or hoses and clamps. Very inconvenient!!! Otherwise, I like the trailer. It tows nice, is comfortable to stay in for extended stays and travels. And seems to handle sub-zero temps as good or better than other trailers.

These reviews can be so misleading. We just upgraded to a 5th wheel but we still don't want to let go of this Jay Flight because It's been nothing but Gold for us. I can't speak to the factory warranty/ support because I've never had to use them. What I will say is it tows like a dream and we've had this rig across the country 2x's. Once being towed by a 2018 3/4 ton truck and the other with a half ton Yukon. Behind the Yukon, I would highly recommend a Equalizer Anti-sway hitch. Issues we've had: Jacks will sometimes work themselves loose for no reason while under weight. Never, when retracted for towing. Simple fix: put thick general use grease on threads and work it back and forth. haven't had an issue since then. The main T.V. outlet and cable jack seem to be loosely installed and make me nervous that I'm gonna rip them out on accident while attaching and detaching. BUUUUUUUT... it's a camper...things will continually work loose or free on their own due to physics. Have some simple ingenuity and you can very easily remedy camper issues. I believe in you!!!! Y'all can do it!!!! :)
