We purchased this sweet little coach from a General RV in Murray, Utah in 2018. We love the floor plan and how easy it is to drive and set up. Travel is very quiet except when the F10 Ford engine goes into overdrive. Three slides with two opposing provides open space for comfortable living. Tons of exterior and interior space. We replaced the uncomfortable sofa bed with two leather power recliners from RecPro. On the down side. The cab a/c isn't powerful enough to cool the coach during travel, however we run one roof top a/c with cool comfort and no issues. If you are looking for a smaller coach with a spacious feel this is the one. We have put some 21000 miles on our Jayco. Still love it.

We particularly like the bunkhouse as it affords a lot of space for sleeping or for storing our stuff when we travel alone.

To drive the GrayHawk was easy and pleasurable. Smooth ride with no sway or bounce. The Patented J-Ride is a dream come true. The ability to walk through and utilize the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen is a convience that most other models can’t offer. I drive this over a 17 day period logging 4,215 miles. Minimal driver fatigue. My one complaint is the original on-demand hot water heater was less than acceptable. It’s lack of efficiency was almost dangerous on many occasions. I took it upon myself to contact the heater mfg. (Girard) and they, through testing determined that our heater was faulty and probably so from day one. The unit was replaced with the current version 1.2 and it works like any hot water heater should. If given the chance I would purchase and/or recommend to my family and friends.

Drives great, but quality is lacking. Keyless entry quit working, coach door won't open when sun is shining on the door side. Exterior molding in coming off due to screws backing out at all 4 corners where coach walls meet the front and back fiberglass caps. Jayco advertises that it holds 74 gallons of fuel. It really only holds 49 gallons when the low fuel light come on. Jayco won't stand behind any of these problems due to the motorhome is 2 years old. Also is kept in a enclosed garage while not in use.

I purchased my 2014 Jayco RedHawk from the dealer. The first year the generator stop working due to bad wiring, lucky Cummins honored their products and repaired at no cost. In May 2016 during our Memorial Day camping trip, I notice two odd bolts lying on the ground under the passenger side slide. I discovered that the bolts dropped out from both slide rails. Upon further inspection I noticed that the remaining bolts are loose or missing. The slide now leaks and does not close completely. I\'m now being told that it will take several weeks to get approval from the extended warranty folks thus causing me to end my summer RV trips with my family. Thank GOD....I noticed the bolts on the ground or I would have never known that they dropped out. Please check your slide rails for any loose or missing bolts.

Very, very poor construction quality. Every system has broken or malfunctioned. We go on a trip and return straight to the dealer for repairs. Thank goodness we are still under warranty. Latest problem is we picked unit up from indoor winter storage and trim had waited and pulled away from walls. Cabinet doors have fallen apart. Last year rhe automatic step broke, trim fell apart, window treatment fell off the wall, refrigerator broke three times, etc. The first uear we owned it, all the alarm systems malfunctioned, and the front panel of the truck developedlarge vertical cracks...the entire panel had to be replaced. The yruck can heating and air conditioning have never been adequate.
