Micro/Convection oven is a treat, it allows more space available that having both a Microwave and oven. Has a 30 lb propane tank, solar connection, and 30 gallon water tank. With these and the off road capability of the Baja edition you can take it anywhere and just boon-dock. Out door shower and a ten foot canopy and you're on your way. Sleeps four and has a queen sized memory foam mattress. There is also an exterior propane connection for a gas grill.

We have driven the Greyhawk 31DS for about ten years and continue to do so. It has served us extremely well. The Greyhawk sleeps eight. We used sleeping accommodations for two to four most of the time. It was very comfortable. The kitchen area was spacious and amenities worked well. The original tankless water heater was replaced as the original version was flawed. The full bath was well laid out with a shower that accommodates a very tall person. The two slide-outs created a very livable floor plan. The F450 V-10 engine continues to run like new. The transmission is simply wonderful. We towed a Wrangler Jeep on most of our trips with absolutely no issues or problems. The cabinetry and upholstery held up well, but has signs of use. Overall the aesthetics held up very well. If you find one that has been well maintained, buy it.

Purchase my Jayco from Traveland Leisure Vehicles in Langley British Columbia Canada. This was my first time purchasing an RV. Recognised it was a lower end RV but didn't expect how poor a unit it is. Layout is fine for wife and I, or even with my grandkids. First issue we had after two 3 day weekend uses, was that the mattress fell apart. Completely burst open in multiple areas. Traveland did get me a new mattress and offered a brand new mattress topper. The finishing and quirkiness of the Jayco is awful. Shelving held up with one screw, and not level. Screws holding retractable screens on windows falling out as only threaded through 1/8" plywood. No 'stud' behind the flat surface. I have left the worst to last. The electrical is so temperamental. Five of the six flush ceiling lights do not work when slider is out!! All work fine when closed. One window in particular does not lock properly, I easily made my way into the RV when I accidently locked myself out!. Would never buy a Jayco again.

WARNING: Do not buy any Jayco Fifth Wheels, RV’s, Trailers or any Jayco products. Jayco does not stand behind their products and their customer service is a joke! From the moment we received our brand new fifth wheel there were a list of issues that were wrong with it. Table arrived with chips and scratches, the main door was not level and sticking. the leveling system was not working. the central vacuum was not connected, shower door clip was broke and not installed correctly, drawer under the fridge was broke, a cabinet was coming off the wall, saw dust kept coming out of the vents and their was a crack in one of the slides. After all that, we had a power outage and the fridge and freezer never switched over to LP or back to power when the power was restored. We had a 10 pound bag of chicken wings in the freezer that went bad. We tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out and no luck. We contacted Jayco customer service since they denied the claim to have the fridge/freezer replaced. We have gone back and forth with them and they are placing blame on the manufacturer of the fridge/freezer and refuse to do the right thing by replacing the fridge/freezer unit. Now unless we want to spend $6K to replace it, we have to live with the smell. I will NEVER buy another Jayco product again.

1. Underbelly cover has fallen off twice. The second time it happened, after being “repaired” by Camping World of Albuquerque, it departed the RV on I-10 outside of Tucson. Luckily no vehicle was struck by it. Jayco contracted MesaRV to do a mobile repair at the campsite we limped into. 2. Rear axel had to be replaced when I noticed unusual tire wear. After axel and tires were replaced by local companies no issues. 3. Toilet would not flush. Clogged by what looked like sawdust. Unclogged and now works fine. 4. Leak under kitchen sink. Replaced a fitting and works fine. 5. Leak under shower. Tightened fitting no issues since. 6. Oven is very difficult to light, but once it is lit it works fine. 7. Fridge quit working. No CB tripped. Replaced in-line fuse that is accessed from the outdoor panel behind the fridge, Recommend having some on hand in case this happens to your unit. 8. Innoflame Furnace Model RV26D80L-1, heater quit working. Discovered the connector had somehow arced and melted where the power wire and female connector are crimped. This also melted a portion of the male connector on the heater unit. Whole furnace will have to be replaced and it is not possible to purchase the same model. There does not appear to be any replacement with the exact cutout dimensions. 9. JaySmart lights didn’t work properly as per the owners manual. CW of ABQ tech said he called Jayco and talked to them and they said it was working correctly. No so. I had called Jayco and explained this issue and they said the owners manual is correct and that I did, in fact, have an issue that needed to be corrected. Again went to CW of ABQ and got into a discussion with the service manager and tech and told them what Jayco had said. Tech said that wasn’t correct. I asked for a new tech and got someone who knew what to do. New tech got it fixed and it has worked per the owners manual since. I really don’t have a lot of confidence in CW of ABQ and don’t think I would buy anything from them let alone take my RV back. Actually I haven’t taken it back to them. Also, I don’t think I would buy another Jayco due to all the issues. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever buy another RV for that matter. I’ll just hold on to this one and do the repairs myself. I think the RV industry, as a whole, needs to do a lot better job with quality and service. This is my first RV and if they want customers who will continue to support this industry then they must do a much better job than what they are presently.

My motorhome has been having issues since it was new. It’s been down over 4 months waiting on approval and parts from Jayco. The door hasn’t been right since I bought the motorhome in August 2022. This problem has been worked on multiple times but never fixed. About 3 months after I purchased to motorhome, Affinity notified me that there was a crack in the cab over. I’m a little concerned that there is structural damage in the door area that wasn’t addressed when the crack was repaired. They knew about the damage when they sold me the motorhome but failed to mention it. The issues, besides the door are: Leveling system doesn’t work Cameras, backup and sides do not work. CO alarm goes off intermittently when operating generator Wall paper in bathroom coming off Tiles in bedroom loose When I fill the fresh water tank and start driving, the water siphons out. The center burner on the stove fails to light from the striker intermittently. The results of which are a flash of fire under the stove top when the propane ignites. The intermittent issues never seem to occur when checked by the technician. So, nothing is done. The procedure for getting a motorhome repaired is very time consuming and frustrating both for the customer and the dealership. Step 1 Make an appointment to drop off the motorhome. Stem 2 from 1 to 2 weeks after drop off to have a technician diagnose the problem Stem 3 take pictures and submit warranty claim Step 4 Jayco takes 1 to 2 weeks to review the claim and notify the dealership Step 5 order parts or repeat step 4 if Jayco needs more information. Step 6 parts are shipped Step 7 parts are received takes a week or more Repair is now 4-6 weeks in and actual repair is just starting. Probably takes another week to assign a technician and start repair. I took my motorhome in on October 17,2023. I picked my (not repaired) motorhome up on two different occasions because I had plans and reservations. I took it in last week because Jayco needed more pictures. The dealership told me to take it home as they have no idea when they’ll get parts and actually repair it. My motorhome is just over 16 months old with about 6500 miles and has been in the shop 3 times as much as it’s been on the road. I was told that I have 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. I’m over 2/3 into that warranty and still waiting to have day 1 issues taken care of.

We have traveled in our 37fs for 2 years full time over 27 states. We have experienced all types of weather & have had no problems. We did have a recall issue that was taken care of quickly & one issue that was covered under warranty which was also taken care of quickly. We flat towed our 2007 Honda CRV that whole time & never ran into issues either. The heating system in it kept us very warm when needed & the cooling system kept us very cool even in high temperatures. Having a washer & dryer in the RV has been a blessing. Overall we are very satisfied with our Jayco 37fs & highly recommend it.
