I've owned two 2019 jayco 265 rls and now jayco 262 rls this units set up is kinda rare i believe most are 30 amp service and a 13500 btu ac mine is a 50amp service with two 15000 btu ac's in it it tows great i like the 12 volt fridge its better then the propane/ eletric that was in my 2019 my 2025 has bigger fresh water tank on it power jack is nice my only complaint is no power fan in the bathroom other then that the unit is solid . Within the first year there were multiple manufacturing errors that began to arise. the worst of which was the roof during manufacturing somewhere on the assembly ling the "roofing crew" forgot or just ran out of screws but they went ahead and finished the assembly process rolling the rubber roofing over the unfinished roof, now one of the roof decking panels is now lifted up and rubbing against the bottom of the rubber roof , several screws are obvious rubbing along with the obvious corner from the 4x8 sheet poking up . the fact that it is under the rubber roof has been used by Jayco to claim its a unwarrantable item " because they see no damage yet " so on a trailer that i have had less than 2 years I am expected to pay for a new roof . I have even offered to bring it to the Middletown factory in Indiana from Minnesota . so they could see first hand what is happening . the dealership has been very helpful and fully agrees it is a manufacturing flaw. .. so ... if your counting on their warranty..DON'T they use it as a sales ploy but refuse to honor it. We have owned travel trailers for 30 years. We travel across country yearly. We purchased jayco 22rk July 2025. We had a grand design 2500 rl which we enjoyed with dual entrance. We did not like the scwintek slide (hung up three times). Jayco 22rk is very similar floor plan and is great two person camper. Has a separate bedroom and bath room. It is small and light enough that it is easy to tow. Also has rack and pinion slide that can be retracted manually if need be. I am 6’-4” and am comfortable. It is relatively inexpensive compared to a lot of trailers out there. We find that it meets our needs. We brought trailer in to have seals on slide repaired. Green compass Silsbee Texas fixed under warranty. Have been very pleased with that locations service. Show less

This is a cheaply made trailer with low quality materials. Water lines are run against metal frame so tend to freeze up. A small inverter to run 200 watt heat trace seems to be the answer for off grid. Very difficult to vent properly in winter to prevent condensation build up. Windows that also are emergency exits blow all the way open in high winds. Drawer slide bearings in plastic so fallout. Warranty is voided if you use full time. Black water tank doesn't fully drain. Drain valve for kitchen gray tank poorly placed. Furnace works well. Air Condition sometimes freezes up. Show less

We like the layout it is roomy . Large refrigerator. Nice walk in shower. The one complaint and it’s a BIG ONE. The furniture is peeling. We have no pets and no children. Jus ourselves. We are very meticulous on caring for our RV. It is on a leased lot and we haves used it 3 months 2023 & 2024, The headrest and armrest are peeling. We are very disappointed in this lack of quality. I think we are beyond our warranty l hope l can add pictures with this review . Show less

Was big believer in Jayco brand trailer and bought my third new one and have owned several new ones. Received a questionnaire from Jayco after purchase and listed all the faults and changes to the design that I didn’t like. They never responded. Have had warantee problems with things that have not worked in first year and dealer has failed to fix. Cheap things like the clock and the control for heat and air conditioning do not work and am told they were not made by Jayco and can not be fixed by warantee. I thought Jayco was a quality product but now I have serious doubts. We bought a new 2024 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and we have had it on just a couple of outing. We noticed that the flooring on the doorside slide won't lay flat. It is a fall risk and the manufaturers solution is to put a rug(s) over it or staple velcro to the floor and stick the other side to the flooring. When we had are trailer washed the guy noticed a softspot on the roof. We had it inspected and the dearler said it seems to be a circle where maybe something was supposed to be stubbed through. Jayco has decided that since there is no problem at this time they won't repair it. So basically they are kicking it down the road so when it does fail it will be out of warranty and they are off the hook. It's sad, this units MSRP is about $109,000 and they won't do a thing to back it up. Show less

The 24RL is poorly made. The refrigerator has never worked properly. All fittings have leaked. Under the bathroom sink, the trap is out of alignment in a way that getting a proper seal is not possible. It’s a constant leak no matter my approach in repair. The thermostat is crap- constantly flashing an E3 error. Service has help is to pull the fuse for a reset. THANKS FOR THE HELP!! The piece of crap stops mid cycle (heat) so I get up at night to pull a fuse for a half hour reset? BS. Trim pieces fall off. I’ve had to rebuild drawers so they hold anything without the bottom falling out. In short, JAYCO built crap in an effort to maximize profits and minimize weight. DONT BUY A JAYCO UNLESS YOU WANT A PROJECT!! Show less

Would NEVER!!!!!!!!! purchase another jayco product. I just bought a 160k jayco toy hauler. The quality of the products installed are horrible. Thr unit was damaged when delivered to me. No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors,cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco. Show less
